|Ella's POV|

Calum has disappeared somewhere.

"Are you ready to head off?" I yell through the house at Calum, looking for him.

I have no idea where he is. His car is still outside but, as soon as we stopped packing my bags for camping he left the room to answer a call and I haven't been able to find him since. And that was 17 minutes ago.

"Calum!" I call out again stopping in my tracks so I am able to hear any sudden movement. "We still need to get the girls!"

"Ella, Calum is outside" Indi laughs from the kitchen.

"Indie, stop eating all my food you dick" I answer her back laughing as i make my way to the back door.

I finally spot Calum outside on the porch, swinging on the hammock.

"What are you doing out here? I called you for seventeen minutes" I whined, walking over to his slumping body sprawled across the yellow and green striped material.

"I was thinking, I didn't hear you calling, sorry" he mumbles raking his hand through his already scruffy hair as he sits up.

"Are you alright?" I ask getting worried.

"My mum called" he states blankly, looking out into the open space of nothing.

"Mhmm what did she say?" By now Calum's hands have made their way through his hair again, now resting on his face as he lowers his head.

"Nothing good" he mumbles again taking a deep breathe and sighing."fuck" he whispers almost not audible.

I keep quiet for a minute, not knowing what exactly he is talking about, giving him the chance to proceed with his information. But he doesn't.

"Is everything okay?" I ask sitting down

"Mum and dad are thinking about moving back to Australia" he sighs again, removing his hands to look at me.

I immediately shift my gaze from him to the floor and try my hardest to make sure he doesn't see my face falter.
"Okay" I reply swallowing the lump that has risen in my throat.

"I'm not going" he lets out a distracted laugh, shaking his head.

"You will" I whisper, my gaze staying on the floor, not being able to comprehend this.

"No Ella! I'm not going, I finally got my life on track again, I stopped the drinking, the parties, the girls, all of it, so I can be with you, I'm not going anywhere!" He raises his voice standing up and walking away, down the small steps and onto the grass.

I look up at him, slowly getting up and walking over to him.
His eyes already fixated on me.

"You can't stay here by yourself" I finally say, closing my eyes. "You cant provide for yourself"

Im angry. I'm hurt. I'm so over bad things happening to me! I have lost almost everything that has ever meant anything to me, and now I'm going to lose Calum! The only person who can keep a smile on my face when I'm at my darkest, the only person who isn't afraid to tell me the truth, the only person who I can sit here... and say that I can not be without him. He is my everything now, and I don't care that it hasn't been long because I know deep down, I have always liked him, even when he made a fool of me, even when I left and never saw him...even when he gave me my necklace...I knew I liked him...I knew he was mine. He always has been.

"I'll drop out of school, I'll get a full time job, I'll do something! I'm
Not going back!" He yells, tears brimming in his eyes. "I can't"

I walk over to him, slowly wrapping my arms around his waist resting my head in his chest. His arms automatically find their way to my waist, his chin leaning on top of my head.
