This was my second night trying to shift to Hogwarts.

I started the night off with meditating to my Subiminals playlist on Spotify. I closed my eyes and sat in a criss-cross position on my bed. At this time it was around 11 pm at night. I continued to meditate for ten minutes. After meditation, I felt tired, calm, and overall ready to start shifting. I was in a really good headspace and I really believed I would be shifting that night.

Last night I decided to try multiple methods, starting with the Raven method (I also tried the Pilow Method, Look at my guide to learn what these methods are!). At first, I didn't feel anything, only tiredness (I was listening to my Subiminals playlist still, so maybe that's why I was really tired). I kept repeating the words, "I will shift" in my head between every number. When I got to about 60 my arms and legs went numb and they even started twitching. It was really hard to not move because I usually toss and turn all night (If any of you have tips for not moving while shifting PLEASE comment below!). Then I started feeling really tingly, all over my body. It was coming up from my toes all the way to my head, it was a really cool sensation. I also felt weightless and like I was levitating, although I knew I wasn't because I could feel my bed beneath me.

This is the coolest part! I started to hear faint voices. I had scripted this before bed so I started getting excited. I calmed myself down again and I heard the voices even more! But I knew I wasn't in my dr because I couldn't feel Hogwarts around me. I had also scripted that I would smell a pumpkin candle when I was close to shifting, I didn't end up smelling it which was disappointing. I think I'll change it to peppermint since it's more apparent.

After a few more minutes I started to get really uncomfortable. My legs and arms were still numb, tingly, and twitching. I made a really stupid decision to move my legs and arms to be more comfortable and I believe that's why I didn't shift all the way. After that, I lost concentration and fell asleep without shifting.

If any of you have any tips about staying concentrated and not moving please comment below, I would really appreciate it! Also, if I'm listening to Subliminals with my AirPods, will I hear the music when I enter my dr?
