Hey guys! Just a quick update, I tried shifting last night and I was not in the right mindset and I was way too tired but... I'm back at it tonight! 

I am much more positive and confident about shifting so I am very excited to try it again! 

This is my to-do list  for tonight:

1. Do all the normal bedtime things like skincare and brushing my teeth

2. Clean my bedroom (I like doing this to put me in the right mindset) 

3. Make my bed comfy so I don't have difficulty shifting 

4. Light a candle and turn on my salt lamp (salt lamps are supposed to bring "good vibes") and then read Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire (I'll probably read for 20-30 minutes)

6. Read script and make changes if I have to 

7. Meditate to a guided shifting meditation video (about 17 minutes long)

8. Turn on my "Harry Potter Music & Ambience " youtube video 

9. Do the Pillow and Raven method 

10. Then hopefully I'll shift to Hogwarts!

I will shift tonight. Shifting comes easy to me. I am great at shifting. I only have positive thoughts towards shifting. I will shift with ease. I will wake up in my desired reality. When I open my eyes I will be in my desired reality. I am in my desired reality. Shifting is something I can do. My desired reality is close. I have shifted. Shifting is real and I can do it. Shifting is real. Anyone can shift. My desired reality is waiting for me. 

Remember to... drink lots of water before shifting, take breaks, only think positive thoughts, don't get too excited, don't move while shifting, stay safe!
