Tonight I am going to try a new method! I don't know the name of this method. But, basically what you do is lay on your back, spread out but not in a starfish position. Then start counting to 100, you don't have to say affirmations in between but you can if you want to. You don't have to count all the way to 100, only until you feel a sign of shifting, like twitches or numbness. Then imagine yourself lying in your desired reality bed. Imagine what everything looks like, your bed, furniture in your bedroom, decorations in your bedroom. Really let yourself believe you are there. Once you feel that you are there start saying affirmations to yourself in your head. Continue to visualize your desired reality bedroom and keep saying affirmations to yourself until you fall asleep. 

Before I do this method I am going to meditate to a guided meditation. Then I will read my script a few times, put it under my pillow, play Subliminals and then start the method.
