Tonights the night, I know it. Shifting is so easy, so I'm going to do it tonight. 

Here's my routine for the night:

1. Watch a Harry Potter movie 

2. Get ready for bed/wind down 

3. Clean bedroom 

4. Watch YouTube videos of shifting stories (this motivates me, so I recommend it)

5. Gratitude journal (this is just something that is a part of my nightly routine, it has nothing to do with shifting lol)

6. Play Subliminals while manifesting 

7. Read Harry Potter book while listening to Subliminals 

8. Read over my script 

9. Go to bed/shift 

Just A reminder that you don't need a routine to shift. But I find that if I am thinking about my dr for hours before bed then I am more likely to have symptoms/fully shift. 

I'll update in the morning! I really hope this book is helping at least one person.
