Last night I tried a new method that I'll be teaching everyone about in an upcoming chapter in my Shifting Guide.
So as I was doing the method, I felt my surroundings change. The room felt like it was spinning, I felt numb, and like I was levitating. I was not using subs, and I did not meditate beforehand, just for additional information.
A couple of minutes went by and I continued to feel those symptoms. They slowly intensified.
Then, something in my cr went off, like an alarm thing, and I could literally feel my body drop into my cr bed. There was a bright white light, and I dropped back into my cr. So I believe that I was there for a little while! I'm going to try again tonight and make sure that there are zero distractions. Hopefully, the next chapter will be all about my experiences shifting for the first time.
