Tuesday and Wednesday were pretty much the same.   I woke up alone in bed because Jossilyn had to leave early for work.  I made myself breakfast and ate it on the porch.  I had decided to start reading a book to help pass the time.

Jossilyn got off at 2:00 both days, so we sent the afternoons on the beach and then spent the evenings inside watching movies and stuff.

Thursday was different because Jossilyn didn't have to work, so when I woke up she was still there with me.  I woke up first today.  I could get used to waking up with her everyday.  She calmed me and I felt more at peace in her arms.  I could tell last night when we went to bed that she was exhausted from work, so I decided that I would get up and make her breakfast.

I was just pulling the biscuits out of the oven when I heard Jossilyn take a seat at the bar.

"Good morning sleepy head", I said still not turning around to face her.

"It was lonely waking up this morning without you there", she said sadly.

"I could tell last night that you were exhausted so I didn't want to wake you this morning.", I said finally turning to look at her.

"Yeah, and I guess waking up to breakfast isn't all bad", she laughed.

We ate our breakfast on the porch and then went down to the beach.  Around noon we decided to go for a walk.  We walked up the boardwalk and eventually made our way to the park where we met up with Jossilyn's friends.

"Hey guys", Jossilyn said as we walked up to the picnic bench where her brother and Oliver were sitting.

"Hey, sis, what's up?", Brett replied.

"Yeah, how's the happy couple?", Oliver asked, obviously forgetting that we were trying to hide it.

"Oliver! Shut up man!", Brett scolded his friend.

"Oh shit sorry guys my bad I forgot.  How's it going friends", he said trying to save his mistake.

Jossilyn and I rolled our eyes, "We are doing fine.  Where are Dexter and Vera?", I asked trying to move the conversation to a new topic.

"Probably off somewhere sucking face", Oliver said.

"What?! They're dating?! Since when?!", Jossilyn exclaimed.

"A little over a week now I think", Brett replied.

"Dang! I miss everything around here", Jossilyn rolled her eyes laughing.

"I mean in their defense you don't hangout with us as much anymore", Oliver said, obviously insinuating that it was because of me.

"Awe, is someone jealous that he didn't get the hot new girl this time?", I asked sarcastically.

"Honestly, yeah a little bit", he laughed, "but I wasn't trying to make you or Joss sound bad I was just stating facts.  I'm happy that Joss has found someone who makes her happy.  She's like a little sister to me so I'm glad that she's happy.", Oliver said.

"Thanks, Ollie, and you'll find someone too eventually.", Jossilyn said.

"Yeah, maybe once he's done with his one night stand stage", Brett teased his friend.

"Hey, now I don't see you settling down now either", Oliver teased back.

"Now, if I did that who would be your wingman?"

Jossilyn and I couldn't help but laugh.  "On that note I think Anna and I are going to head back to her place while you two pick up girls or whatever else it is that you two do in your free time."

Jossilyn and I walked back to the house and decided to go surfing for a bit before making dinner.  I had pretty much gotten the hang of surfing now and wasn't bad at it.

We made dinner and finished off the night watching Netflix like every other night.

Friday morning came and I woke up still cuddled in Jossilyn's arms.  I decided not to get up this morning and just enjoy being cuddled by her since today was the last day that we could wake up together.  I decided to scroll through my phone to pass the time.

"Mhm, good morning, beautiful", Jossilyn said opening her eyes about 20 minutes later.

"Good morning, love, how'd you sleep?", I asked setting my phone back down on the bedside table.

"Good, even better since I got to wake up with you in my arms", she said kissing me on the forehead.

"I love you", I said before planting a kiss on her lips.

"I love you too, princess"

"What do you want for breakfast", I asked.

"You", she replied winking.

My jaw dropped and I didn't know what to say back.  We hadn't even talked about taking it any further than making-out yet.

Jossilyn just laughed at my inability to form any words. "I'm just teasing you baby girl"

"I-", I stopped myself and thought about what I wanted to say, "Ok I'm going to make whatever I want for breakfast then.  You're welcome to join once you're done fishing your head out of the gutter", I teased and got out of bed.

I wasn't really that hungry so I just decided to have myself a bowl of cereal instead of making something this morning.  Jossilyn followed me into the kitchen not too long after I had left and made herself a bowl as well.

"What time are you going home today", I asked between bites.

"I don't know I was thinking sometime this evening unless you want me to leave sooner."

"No, I was just wondering", I said.

"Well, that's good because I may have made us plans for like 5:00 today", she said smiling devilishly.

"What do you mean you made us plans?", I asked.

"Details aren't important right now.  All you need to know is that at 5:00 we are leaving this house and I will be dressed-up but you can dress however you would like.", she said getting up to go rinse her bowl.

"I hate surprises, babe, why can't you just tell me?", I whined.

"Because, princess, what's the fun in that?  Plus I think you're going to like this one", she said walking up behind me and kissing me on the cheek.

I spent the rest of the morning working on some designs for the new line, and Jossilyn spent it watching tv.  She came in at 12:00 and forced me to take a break and eat some lunch.

After lunch I went back to working on designs again.

"How long do you need to get ready for tonight?", she asked walking into the dining room, where I had been most all day.

"I don't know like forty-five minutes to an hour I guess", I said without looking up from my computer.

"Okay...", she said walking over and shutting my laptop.

"Hey-", but Jossilyn cut me off.

"It's 3:00, and the only break you took was earlier when I forced you to eat lunch, so how about you stop where you're at for the day and come sit with me for an hour until you need to get ready", she said sitting on my lap and making it clear that her question wasn't really a question but more of a statement.

"Just 10 more minutes I need to finish this design", I said reaching around her to get to my computer.

Jossilyn slid my laptop away from the edge of the table, "You have been working almost nonstop all day.  You are taking a break whether you like it or not because I care about you, so stop arguing with me and just come to the living room.", she said getting up and grabbing me by the hand.

Jossilyn dragged me to the living room and we cuddled on the couch for a bit, talking and watching tv.
