She gave off an abnormal vibe.

Her fair skin glowed under the light. Her brown orbs stared blankly like lifeless eyes, the wind kissed her pitch-black hair that landed just below her shoulders.

'Yuki.' He took in the beauty before his eyes, staring at her with adoration and love.

Yuki never left her expressionless look.

'Muzan-sama, may I speak?' Doma looked up, eyes flashed excitement on what he was about to say.

'No, leave us.' Muzan cold rejected rather coldly.

'Fine.' Doma pouted.

Nakime strung her biwa and each and every demon returned back to their base, except for Muzan and Yuki. Nakime seemed to get the message that the demon lord wished to be alone with his lover and she quietly left her spot.

'It's been centuries, snowflake. I see you're still that prepossessing woman I've met.' Muzan spoke softly.

However, Yuki remained quiet and that cold emotionless face still hasn't changed in one bit.

'What's wrong, snowflake? Have you forgotten who I am?' Muzan frowned as he sensed something was wrong with the woman who used to be ebullient and jolly.

'You could have just let me die in peace.' Her voice carried out coldness that a shiver ran down in anyone's spine, but this was Muzan we were talking about.

'So you do remember.' He smirked.

'Muzan.' She said his name.

His seven hearts leapt. Centuries of grief, finally hearing his name rolled off her tongue, brings him jumping over the moon.

'Yuki, why did you leave?' His voice shook a little but he concealed it quickly.

'Muzan was being irrational.' She simply replied.

'Snowflake, I miss you.' His eyes softened.

'I see.' Her face never changed.

'Aren't you happy you get to see me again?' He asked, feeling a weight on his shoulders as he waited for her answer.

She didn't answer him. The silence treatment once again started and Muzan couldn't help but be very irritated. No one ever lives ignoring the demon lord. No one dares to defy him, whatever he wants he will be determined and desperate to get it, no matter what's the cost.

'Answer me, Yuki.' He growled, feeling impatient and his anger rising.

'It's neither a yes nor a no.' She replied bluntly.

'So, what it is?' He scowled.

'I simply feel nothing for you.'
