The couple recently revealed that she was left barren after being stabbed in the stomach while pregnant. She went into surgery at 1am this morning and King has been keeping worried fans updated by posting pictures/videos on social media. His latest photo (shown above) has been screenshotted & reposted by millions of fans & celebrities, including Headie One, Maya Jama, Ms Banks & Drake. I've received more love than hate. Some people are crying cah they think she'll die. I know it comes from a good place and they're not tryna be bad vibes but, come on... don't be bad vibes.
Other people are more concerned about how cute it is when I refer to Zakai as "Papì" and wear the same shoes as him. And a very small population of heartless dickheads message me just to say that they hope she never wakes up.
Welcome to the real world of fame. It's not all bad. Sometimes, I get a message that makes my day. Sometimes I don't. But hate doesn't really bother me. At the end of the day, I'm a billionaire and they're not. How can I be affected by some lowlife? I ain't a dickhead.
"Cas, you can go in now; she's awake and she's asking for you. But she's a bit drugged up at the moment so she might say something crazy. It'll wear off soon anyway. Go see your girl."
"Thank you." Tory came into the room with me. He told me he was recording, and in this instance, I didn't mind too much. Zakai's still asleep in his carseat. He had a rough night. Bec's surgery started at 1am and he woke up at around 2. He wanted her, so he had a crying fit until 4. Then he drank some milk and went back to sleep.
We haven't really sorted out the whole shooting situation yet. Me and Bec aren't completely back to normal but we're getting there. This has defo pulled us closer together. Hearing the risks was scary. She opened up to me for the first time, just before her surgery. That alone, was enough for my peace of mind. I know we're gonna get back to how we were before; or even better than that. We just need time.
"Where's Cas?" Becca's speech was slurred. She kinda sounded like she was drunk. "I want Cas."
Placing Z's carseat on the floor, I sat on the chair by her bed. Her palm opened, and I put my hand in it. "I'm here. How you feelin?"
"My belly hurts," she moaned in the same slurred tone.
"That's cah you had surgery, mamì. They unblocked your tubes so it's gonna hurt a lil bit."
"For our baby?"
"For our baby," I repeated. Seeing her like this isn't nice. All drugged up in a hospital bed so she can have the chance of getting pregnant. A chance. There's still a possibility that she won't even conceive after this. "Why you cryin? You ok?"
