Chapter 39- My Condolences

Angel's POV

"I'm on it!" Angela ran out of the room but reappeared a few seconds after. "Where do I find a doctor?"

Fucking hell! I don't think there as been an assigned doctor mentioned since we came here. All the injuries are usually taken care of by-

"The moon goddess!" I snapped my finger and exclaimed, Angela, nodded.

She turned around to resume her search but ran into a tall, slim body by the door. The room seems to light up and warmth wash over the cold walls.

"You called?" The Goddess smiled gently, stabilizing Angela by the shoulders.

"How- anyways Rose is injured." I stepped to the side so she can have a clear view of the disaster.

"Oh, dear! How did this happen?" She questioned crouching by her side. Her hands hovered over Rose and glowed a silver light.

"Long story short, Angelica and Angelo lost control to their wolves and they attacked her."

"Attacked her? What could she have done to cause that?"

Angelo decided to speak up, "She didn't do anything, she was sleeping at the time."

The Goddess eyebrows furrowed in confusion, "Explain everything clearly."

I nodded then turned to the kids. "Go check on the pizza." They soundlessly left and closed the door.

"Why did you send them out?" The Moon Goddess inquired as I took a seat on my bed.

"Actually I was only telling Angela, the others can't cook." But wherever one goes the others follow. She remained silent and wait for me to explain.

"The triplets can only go a certain distance away from each other for a limited time and that's if they're aware of each other location but if they don't know and they're are not within sight, they will lose control and berserk. This was the result of Angela wondering out of the room while they were asleep-"

"And the other two woke and didn't see her?" She finished the sentence.

"Yes, I don't know why or how it happens I just know I should never separate them." Or it would just be me inviting chaos.

"I'm pretty sure you know you and your children aren't ordinary wolves," No kidding. "This separation thing was a result of the sealing spell inside you. When your pups were born the seal multiplied into three milder versions in them, this was also apart of the spell. While you can barely access your wolf, they can't separate." She threw out a lot of vital information into the air and I happily took it all in.

Although this clears up a lot of things it also caused a lot more unanswered questions. "Who cast the seal on me?"

"That, I can not say at moment." She sighed out, all the while looking graceful and elegant.

"Okay, then how long have I had this seal?"

"Since you were a toddler, maybe two or younger." That long huh, of course, I wouldn't remember anything at that time.

"Could the seal cause enhanced physical abilities?"

"As in?"

"I, myself, am physically stronger than a wolf," I explained watching her continue to heal Rose.

"No, that's just your natural strength." That's seriously, shouldn't my natural strength be that of a human?

"Why is it taking so long to heal her?" I asked with furrowed brows, it usually took seconds for her to heal someone, it's been three minutes now.

"Well, your wolves aren't like normal so the damage is more difficult to heal." ...okay.

"She's fine now, it seems she was attacked when she was sleeping so the hit had put her in a deeper sleep. You can decide if you want to tell her what happened or not." She informed me I nodded. She smoothly rose to her feet, every movement held gracefulness.

"Angel, I know things aren't clear now and there are a lot of unanswered questions running through her mind but everything will reveal itself eventually. I just hope you are prepared when it does." She smiled sadly clasping my cheek softly. I looked up at her dazed, she exuded purity and gentleness that captivates everyone's attention.

She released my cheek and disappeared, a second later the door opened with the triplets entered. "The pizzas are ready."

"You'll explain to her what happened when she wakes up. One of you put her back in your room."

I jogged down the stairs and quickly put on the pair of kitten oven mittens. I turned to the empty oven and frowned, I looked at the island, and there rest the pizzas. What a waste of energy. I took off the mittens as Hunter and Andy strolled into the kitchen.

"Oh morning, Angel!" I grunted in acknowledgment, they grabbed a seat and Andy stared at the pizzas.

"Why are there so many pizzas?"

"Breakfast," I answered reluctantly, stop talking to me I don't want to talk.

"I smell the demon's pizzas. So delicious!" I threw a fierce glare and a frying pan in the direction of the door, where Xavier stood.

He leaned to the side and it hit the wall instead, he smirked victoriously before the frying pan bounced off the wall and hit him in the head.

"Ow, I meant Angel's pizzas." I hummed and ignored him.

Xavier turned serious and greeted the two men, "Good Morning." Andy greeted in return and Hunter nodded in response.

"So where're my little demons?"

"They should be here in a minute-"

"Uncle Xavier!!!" Angela exclaimed happily, leaping onto his back before he could turn around.

He chuckled and secured her with his arms, "Hey little rascal, what trouble have you given your mom now?"

"Nothing, we don't have Angel in our names for no reason." Angela refuted innocently, you are far from your name.

"Is that so?" He didn't agree nor oppose her and instead turned to Angelica to pat her head.

"You made a new high score yet?" He asked Angelo, Angelo grinned and nod.

"That's my boy, Angelica, you're still as serious as ever. You finished your matches so fast with no entertainment in there. You shouldn't take everything so seriously you know." It sounds like he was lecturing her but his doting grin said otherwise.

I rolled my eyes at the group and in the process I saw Hunter watching them. I hope conflict doesn't start between these two too.

"You guys want pizza, I made enough in case you did."

"Of course," Andy answered for Hunter as well and soon we all were seated around the island munching on pizza.

"I missed your cooking, these past days I had to survive on Amanda's cooking." He said mournfully, Amanda cooking is the best out of the four siblings but it's just not, good.

"Alpha Hunter is my mate," I stated bluntly, series of cough followed. Xavier's eyes reddened as he coughed before gulping down a glass of water.

He turned to me accusingly, I raised a brow at him. "Now you tell me this, how long has it been since you knew."

I shrugged, "I don't know."

Xavier sighed, holding his head in his palm. "You're hopeless. My condolences, Alpha Hunter."

My mouth dropped at his words. Angela's eyes widen and she spitted out her water, she threw her head back and bellowed series of laughter almost falling off her stool in the process. Angelica cracked a smile and Angelo chuckled.

My only thought was 'I'm about to fuck this bitch up!"
