Chapter 45- Demangelina

Third person's POV

"Who are you?"

"What title do you have to inquire that?" Demangelina quirked a brow at the annoyed alpha.

"Are you Angel's wolf perhaps?" Hunter finally asked the question plaguing his thoughts but he didn't think she was a wolf, Angel could very well be a hybrid but of what he doesn't have a clue.

"Nah, I'm her demon." Ace was rather annoyed at the fact she answered Hunter but not him.

As if hearing his thoughts Demangelina peered at him, "I don't see why you waste your last moments being annoyed."

"Pardon?!"

She retracted her gaze from him and walked further into the ring and address the Moon Goddess. "I'd like to a challenge Alpha Ace and his pack."

The Moon Goddess opened her mouth to reject the challenge but she was faster. She narrowed her eyes at the celestial being seated on the throne above the royalties.

"Selene, don't play with me. I won't say anything about the last time but thank you or the consequences would be unfavorable. However, if you come in my way of erasing his existence again I won't spare you and anyone else that intervenes, understood?"

To everyone's shock and absolute horror the Goddess nodded, "Wise choice, I'm not unreasonable so I'll only call forth everyone that took part in Angel's bullying a decade ago and now."

The Moon Goddess lips twitched, that was almost the whole freaking generation. She knew there would come a day where they would suffer for their actions but she didn't want it to happen here. Despite being creatures that kill often, wolves can only stand so much gruesomeness and she knew Demangelina's personality. She returned whatever given to her or the people around her a hundred if not a thousandfold whether it's good or bad.

Mercy wasn't in her vocabulary. "Just refrain from killing them."

Demangelina chuckled, "oh, I didn't mention it. This is a fight to the death."

Ace paled giving vampires a run for their money, memories from a decade ago resurfaced in his mind. It seems he wasn't completely brawned and no brain.

He cautiously stepped back, "I don't accept this challenge."

"You don't have a choice."

Pack members all appeared in the ring one by one, they had no idea how they reached there. A familiar girl glanced at the small woman and gripped where her arm was supposed to be. Fear gripped her bones and regret flooded her mind wishing she could return to the past and change her actions but that was only wishful thinking.

People seated watched at the large number of people appearing in the ring and couldn't help shaking their heads. So many people took part in bullying in a young lady? Unless this was an abnormally enormous wolf pack they reckon this was all the wolves in her generation from the pack. From what some saw in the few moments of Angel's appearance, she was a sweetheart yet she had to suffer from the torment of her peers, packmates who were supposed to protect her.

"Shall we begin?" The cruel smile that adorned her red lips sent chills rushing through their bodies.

"Please, I beg for forgiveness!" The cry of desperation was from a tall skinny young man with freckles dusting his pale cheeks.

A sudden wind blew and his ginger hair fluttered and his eyes dimmed. Blood splashed on his cheek and the left lens of his glasses. The redhead that was trembling before him went limp, head dangled in the air by a single pale hand and her blood coated sections of his body.
