Chapter 38- Too early for this

Angel's POV

I stumbled down the stairs blindly into the kitchen, I regret sleeping earlier than usual and I really don't want for my lazy self to sleep any longer. Damn why was it so hard to keep my eyes open?!

I started searching to see if there was any candy to wake me up after I left mine in my room. With my luck of course, there was no candies or chocolate so I had to turn to the next best thing, music.

I felt like baking this morning so with the help of the music I did 7 large pizzas and put them into the oven. I won the battle between cutlery and my fingers with just some minor cuts. I should never cook while so sleepy in the future.

I place my headphones over my ears and started towards the door for a morning run to wake up fully. Humming along to Toxic by Britney Spears, I passed by a teen on his phone. I'm surprised there was any teen awake so early.

I opened the front door, I looked up only to glimpsed the youthful handsome face with strong ruby eyes and immediately slammed the door closed. I turned back around and head the way I came mumbling to myself.

"Nope, too early for this! Nope, not this morning, not today, not ever. I don't have the patience for this little kid."

"Ma, what's wrong?" Angela yawned, looking questioningly when she saw me hurrying up the stairs towards her.

"Go, go, go." I turned her around, pushing her up the stairs.

"Angela!" A low smooth voice called out, it hasn't deepened yet into maturity and held it's pure youthful tone.

I sighed and Angela stiffened on my hands, she turned around and looked at the boy at the end of the stairs. He smile charmingly with a bouquet of White roses in his long arms. I feel like I'm being ignored?

"What do you want?" Her harsh glare bore into his red eyes and he smiled even brighter. I get the feeling that he's an idiot.

"For you to accept me as your mate." Oh goddess, the bluntness! I mentally face palmed at the youth, couldn't he have said it in a sweeter way or something.

Angela scoffed, looking down at him extremely annoying. I bit my lip and lean on the stair railing behind her. It's the first I've seen her get annoyed usually she does the annoying I get the suffering.

I think I'm starting to like this guy, I shall sit by the side and watch the show. "And how are you worthy for me to accept you as my mate?"

Well pardon me, your highness! This child seriously just asked how a prince of dragons was worthy of a normal wolf. You would think she's the royal one instead. My children are special! This is comical.

Micah's smile dropped at her question, usually the royalties would ask these questions but nope. With my baby you have to pursue her and be worthy of her. I had to hold in my laugh, this poor guy, if only he hadn't stare her down she would have probably jumped it your arms and be merry, then run when I start chasing her down with my footwear.

You can't change the past and she's going to give you a real hard time. Lucky for you, you don't seem to be arrogant with her anymore and was willingly to get her because if you weren't you would never be together and it would only affect you. Angela grew up with only her siblings and I, unfortunately that outcome was, mates doesn't matter much to her.

Out of the three, Angelo cares the most for a mate and wants one. Angela never like the whole thing and Angelica was indifferent to it. I sighed and shaked my head, these two girls seem hopeless in love. But who am I to talk, I not much better than them.
