I Almost Do Chapter 24

Boy Reklamo

---

I almost dropped my laptop bag and my laptop's inside it!

We have a lot to discuss dapat maaga ka."

I had one last glimpse of the whole house before I leave.

"I received your e-mail.

Lance wants to set the standard based on his preference.

"I'm just being real. Ayoko ng walang passion sa ginagawa."

"Oo na. Let's continue our talk sa meeting. Magda-drive na ako."

I arrived on time at OZ Builders. I'm covered in sweat when I entered the conference room. My co-workers are already there, all busy. I can see pressures on their faces but they all made efforts to look at me when I arrived.

I know, I'm sure they're wondering what am I doing here.

I was refuse to work in Anchorage for some circumstances, so I'm a certified freelancer and I'm working at OZ Builders temporarily as a civil CAD technician. Medyo kinukulang sila sa man power ngayon dahil first-ever multi-million project ng firm 'to, so I've got to be part of the team dahil na rin kay Lance.

I sat on a chair near the aisle and open my laptop. I double-checked my works again since may flaws daw sabi ni Lance.

Two weeks before the start of construction, the client suddenly wants to change every single design from the interior to the exterior. Like wtf right? Engineers and Achitectects are not robots. To finish a whole project plan, it consumes a lot of time, revisions, and consultations.

In short, we're in the rush, and I. Hate. Rush. Projects.

When he entered the conference room, the meeting eventually started. Sya ang Structural Engineer kaya mas grabe ang stress n'ya dito.

"My deepest apologies for what happened." he initiated.

I heard deep sighs from my co-workers.
