Chapter 32

I could feel the intense light streaming through the window as it hit my face. My eyes struggled as they fluttered open to find that I was once again lying on the floor.

I looked down to see that I was still in wolf form. I slowly lifted my head from my paws and looked around the room. My eyes locked with sparkling blue ones causing butterflies to erupt in my stomach.

A small smile pulled at Niall's lips as he looked down at me. "Hello, beautiful."

This caused a small amount of butterflies to turn into a hoard. I looked around the room once again to find that we were alone and the bed was fixed.

I felt something pushing in the back of my mind. 'Mate.' I grew confused at the unfamiliar voice that somehow managed to appear in my mind. 'Mate.'

Who are you? I thought to myself, hoping the mysterious voice would answer.

'I am your wolf.'

Now it made sense.

'Mate.'

What do you mean by that?

'Mate.' I grew frustrated with my wolf causing me to let out a grumble.

How do I change back?

'Go to mate.'

Another grumble escaped passed my snout and I looked up to Niall in distress. A low chuckle escaped him as he looked down at me in amusement. "Think about yourself as a human and I will explain everything and answer any questions you might have."

I closed my eyes and thought about my curly, brown hair and green eyes. I though about my arms and legs. I could feel my bones pop and crack as they shifted back into my human form.

Surprisingly there was no pain with this transformation. I was quite pleased with myself until I realized that I was completely naked. At least Niall had thought about my discomfort before I shifted, quickly placing a blanket over my body as soon as I changed.

I smiled up at him in appreciation. "Thank you."

He smiled back. "I'm sure you have a lot of questions."

I nodded and as soon as I was about to respond my wolf tapped into my mind once again. 'Mate.'

I groaned in frustration and looked back at Niall. "What is a mate? My wolf won't shut up about it."

Hello my beautiful people!

I'm sorry I'm posting later than expected!

Something that I thought about the other day is that writing is something that you cannot force. It is something that has to come naturally or else it'll turn out like shit (to bluntly put it). I know y'all want me to update as fast as I can and I do try, but I can't force my writing. I want to please you guys as much as possible and that's why it takes time for me to update because I would rather give you guys better chapters in less updates than crappy chapters in frequent updates. So please guys be patient with me. The chapters come when they come and they don't when they don't.

I love you guys so much I even bought a shirt that says "I love you to the moon" because it made me think of my love for y'all! 💕

On a random note... I love my red hair!
