"What's that you drinking?" Jahseh asked curiously as he walked over to me. " I want some." He went to grab the Styrofoam cup from me but I pulled it back. "Whyyyy." He pouted looking at me sadly. I chuckled shaking my head.

"This lean Jahseh."I laughed flicking his nose so he can stop pouting.

"Eeeew why you drinking that nasty ass shit." He scrunched up his face but it was kinda cute. "Gimme it.,"he tried reaching for the cup but I put it up over my head. "Kentrell I'm not playing with you. Give it here!"he demanded grabbing my arm trying to pull it down.

"Nop. This mine. Go on somewhere and drink milk or orange juice."I laughed still putting my arm up using my strength since Jahseh wanna swing on it.

"Kentrell....." he whined still swinging and jumping on his feet.

"Jahseh..."I mocked still not letting up. He groaned stomping his foot then crossed his arms over his chest eyeing me down. "First tell me why you want it."

"I don't. It's just not healthy for you to be drinking that."he frowned his eyes now glaring at the cup over my head.

"Aaaaw you care bout a nigga health I see."I flashed him a smile wiggling my eyebrows. His eyes lowered to mine the frown gone and a serious expression now plastered on his face.

"Of course I do. I-" he stopped. It was like he was having some kind of internal conflict with himself. "Tell you what, you gimme that and I'll give you something even better. Less poisonous."he proposed. I stared at him wondering what he wanted to say before. "Uh uh, don't do that shit."

"Do what?"I asked confused.

"That. The way you staring at me. Why can't you just stare like a normal person? I peeped that when we met. You stare like a demon." He said seriously.

"You sound dumb." I shook my head.

"I don't but whatever. Now what's it gon be?" He gestured towards the cup which I had now lowered. I was curious so I decided to humor him. I gave him the cup. He took it instantly pouring the contents in the sink across from me since I was seated on the island.

"I-what the fuck!"

"Calm your titties sir." He laughed looking at me over his shoulder. I just settled to mugging him. He went into the fridge bringing out a bottle of mineral water. He then retrieved a new cup pouring the water in it. "Here." He passed me the cup.

"You tryna be funny?"I deadpanned giving him a blank look.

"Nop. Now hold this." I grunted taking the cup anyways. He put his hands in his pocket taking out a clear  small bag with round green balls. I raised my eyebrows. Okay I like where this is going. "How many you want?"he looked up at me.

"All of em."I smirked.

"I-okay."he shrugged emptying the balls into my cup.

"What are those tho?"

"Sprite mint balls."I watched the liquid seethe letting out a hissing sound and almost pouring out the cup.

"Never heard of them" I shook the now slightly green liquid.

"The author just made it up." He shrugged throwing the plastic bag away. I raised my brows."Bottoms up." He smiled innocently. I put the cup to my lips. I sipped it. Hmmm minty.
