Part 18

A couple weeks later:

I had a day off from work and I was going to the sway house to hang out with Jaden, since Noah was out of town.

"Jaden!" I shouted, walking into the house.

"Upstairs!" Jaden shouted back.

"What are you doing here?" Josh questioned as I was going upstairs the stairs.

"To see Jaden?" I said questionably.

"Oh I thought you were here to see your sugar Daddy," Josh said, making me stop in my tracks.

"What?" I questioned.

"Noah, he's your sugar daddy right?" Josh said and I looked at him.

"No, we're dating," I said and he chuckled.

"That's what you think, you should hear him talk about you," Josh said.

"Dude!" Jaden shouted from upstairs.

"She was gonna find out sooner or later," Josh shouted and Jaden came downstairs.

"Jay what is he talking about?" I asked.

"Jeez you're clueless," Josh said.

"Josh shut up," Jaden kinda yelled.

"Why should I She shouldn't be going through this, Noah is using her and she's not making anything off of it. I thought you were smart enough to listen to that kid, Carter," Josh said and I looked at Jaden questionably. He was looking down at the floor and sighed

"Jaden did you know about this?" I asked.

"Yes but I didn't want to tell you because you'd probably think it was another way to get you to be with me," Jaden said with a sigh. My stomach was turning. Was Noah really using me. Jaden came closer to me and I shook my head.

"I gotta think,I'll call you later or something," I said before leaving. I didn't know where I was walking to but I stopped at a dunkin and got a drink before calling Noah.

"Hey babe," Noah picked up the phone. I stayed silent hear him say that word. There's no way what they're saying is true.

"H-hi, we need to talk, can you come by my apartment when you get back?" I said and he hummed

"Mhm, I'm on my way back now so I'll have my friend drop me off," Noah said and my thoughts raced.

"Ok see you soon," I said and he said the same before hanging up. I left dunkin and got a Lyft home. When I got to the building to my surprise Daniel was standing outside.

"Hey Daniel," I said and he gave me a warm smile.

"Y/N I need you back, Carter is just a fucking idiot. He's had the fire department called twice since you left please come back," Daniel begged, practically on his knees.

"Of course I'll come back," I said and Daniel hugged me, repeating the words thank you a bunch of times.

"I'll see you Monday morning," Daniel said and I nodded. He left and I went up to my apartment to straighten up before Noah got here. And when he did I was preparing my self to open the door.

"Hey," He said with that brightening smile of his.

"Hi," I said with a smile back.

"So what's up?" He questioned as I let him in.

"Josh and Jaden told me something today," I said and he looked at me.

"What was it?" He questioned.

"The same thing Carter told me," I said and he sucked his teeth.

"Baby they're lying," Noah said and I shook my head.

"Noah this is coming from two of your friends, how are they lying?" I said and he stepped closer to me but I stepped back.

"They planned this, they're jealous that I found the love of my life and won't hang out with them anymore, they want us to break up. Especially Jaden, you know he just wants you to himself," Noah basically said in one breath and I could feel his heart breaking if I didn't believe him.

"Noah," I said with a sigh and he looked up at me with tears starting to form and fall.

"Please, Y/N I may have seen you as that in the beginning but my feelings have changed, I love you so much and if you believe my friends over me just end things now," Noah pleaded and I hugged him.

"I believe you," I said as he hugged me back.

"Thank God," he said in relief and I looked up at him. He pecked my lips before breaking the hug.

"I love you," He said and I smiled.

"I love you too Noah but what about the guys? Are you gonna talk to them?" I said and he nodded.

"Tomorrow, I'm really tired from traveling and could use some cuddles," Noah said cutely and I giggled.

"Ok, cuddles it is," I said and lead him to my room. We cuddled up under my blanket and Noah kissed my head. I feel like no matter what happens with us we're going to be ok. I felt How Noah was feeling earlier, he really cares and didn't care about what his friends thought. As I had my head on his chest, I cleared my head and tried to forget about what happened today. I love Noah and I don't even want to imagine what would happen if what they guys were saying was true.
