••Third Person POV (Naruto's location)••

After the reanimated ninja disappear via the edo tensei caster being stopped, there's a tense silence on the battlefield.

"Hey what are you looking at? You're fighting me!" Naruto exclaims, bringing the masked man's attention returns to Kakashi, Gai, Shinji and himself. "As well as the green beast!" Gai exclaims just as enthusiastically.

"Looks like the edo-tensei has been released." Kakashi comments, eyeing the masked man cautiously.

Shinji sighs, releasing the crystal jutsu he had which helped the eight tails hold down the former jinchuuriki in its grasp. "This is so much work. Tobi my man if you were this strong why the fuck did you play dumb? All those times I saved your ass FROM WEAK ASS NINJA AND YOU WERE FAKING IT?!"

From behind his mask, Tobi scoffs at the memory, not allowing himself to feel any certain type of way about his past with the young crystal user.

"What happened is in the past, Shinji. These are much different times." Tobi claimed before bringing up his hands to weave new signs.

Attacks are interchanged between both sides, however the leaf shinobi manage to score the slight victory against the mysterious enemy who once claimed to be Madara Uchiha himself. (Though recently disproved)

"Heh you don't look happy!" Naruto smirks just after the beast had fallen due to the group's cohesive attacks.

If it weren't for the new chakra signature on the field, Tobi would've asked what he meant, but his attention was quickly placed on the awfully familiar chakra signature.

"Now, what the fuck is going on here?" Yuudai's voice freezes the fight in its tracks.

Gai, Kakashi, Naruto, Shinji, Killer Bee and Tobi, all pause to look back at the reanimated ninja. Shinji's cerulean eyes widen at the reanimated version of the man he's envisioned his entire life standing in front of him.

Naruto in his cloaked chakra form looks at the tall man, with confusion written all over his expression. "Who are you?!" There's a collective silence at the scene when Yuudai arrives, and he's quick to realize that it's because of him.

"Oh! Haha for the young ones my name is Yuudai! Yuudai Oshiro? Pleasantries, aside, can someone PLEASE tell me what the fuck I'm looking at." Yuudai says, pointing at the large monster laid out behind the masked man, presumably the enemy.

Naruto gapes at Yuudai before shaking his head "Wait wait, I thought the reanimations disappeared?! How is this possible?!"

"Yuudai sensei undid the jutsu in yesterday's battle, he's had his own free will ever since and whatever happens to Kabuto has nothing to do with Yuudai anymore." Kakashi explains, and Naruto is quick to smile gratefully knowing he has a new ninja on his side.

Shinji on the other hand has yet to tear his eyes away from his father, the same father who never knew of his existence. He must know of me by now right? Someone must've talked to him about me!

Yuudai feels the pair of eyes on him, and turns to confront the staring teen, only choking back on his own words when he looks in what seems to be a mirror. Everyone eyes the stare off between the two, even Tobi.

"Shinji...right?" Yuudai asks, piecing together the puzzle easily. To say that the young man was a clone of his younger self wouldn't be far from the truth. The two looked just alike, the only clear difference being their varying hair lengths, which wasn't really much of a difference either.
