"Lucille! Let's dance!" I pulled her but she remained seated on her seat.

Dancing lights are all over the place and the loud party sound blended with the strong smell of alcohol. That's enough to make my head hurts but it can't stop me from what I want to do.

"Sit down, Lavinia." Walang ganang sambit nito bago sumimsim sa shot glass niya. I dramatically rolled my eyes. Damn. Nakakahilo 'yung ilaw, ang likot.

"Ang kill joy niyong dalawa!" I went here with them to enjoy then they'll just seat and drink?

"Sit down and let's talk about your problem." I heard Adriel's manly voice and I rolled my eyes once again. How many times do I have to tell them that I don't have a problem? Oh God, felt like my head's spinning.

"I don't have a problem." I answered still standing in front of Lucille.

"Fine, you don't have. But, can you please seat down, Lavinia? You're already drunk." Of course I am not! Who's drunk? Maybe him!

"I'm not--fuck!" Adriel pulled my hand and I landed on the couch, facing him while Lucille's on my side.

"Fine, fine!" I leaned on the couch and shut my eyes off tightly. I noticed that Lucille's not talking and I almost smirked on that. She's already drunk, tahimik na e, mamaya tulog na 'yan.

"Let's go home," Sambit ni Adriel na agad kong tinanggihan.

"Ayoko nga!" Muntik na akong mapapiyok doon. "Maaga pa!" Kadarating lang namin, or maybe not? I don't know, really.

"Sige, maaga pa. Inom pa, Bakla. Tingnan natin kung magising ka pa bukas." May sinabi si Adriel ngunit hindi ko iyon masyadong naintindihan dahil sa lakas ng sound system sa loob ng Xylo.

I grimaced and just rolled my eyes on him.

I turned to Adriel when he rose up while looking at his phone. "I'll just answer this call, I'll be quick. Stay seated on that couch. Uuwi na tayo pagbalik ko." He ordered as he glanced at Lucille who's already sleeping peacefully.

"Whatever." I answered. Siguro ay importante ang tawag na iyon dahil nasisiguro ko na hindi na iyon papansinin ni Adriel kung hindi iyon importante lalo at iniisip niya na hindi na namin kaya ni Lucille ang sarili. I wanna dance but I can't leave this woman sleeping beside me alone.

After a few minutes Adriel came back looking so problematic. He tried to wake Lucille up ngunit hindi na ito nagising kaya naman walang nagawa si Adriel kundi ang buhatin ito. Sinabi ni Adriel na mauna raw ako maglakad upang mabantayan niya ako but I have a plan kaya naman hindi ko sinunod ang gusto ni Adriel.

"Can't walk." I pouted.

Adriel's mouth fell open as he sighed heavily.

"Come on, Vinia. Mauna ka na, dalian mo." I almost laughed when I heard him say that, nearly pleading.

"Alright! Mauna kayo, susunod ako! Dito lang ako sa likod niyo." Malawak ko pa siyang nginitian na para bang mas makukumbinsi siya dahil doon.

Pinanliitan niya ako ng mga mata na sinuklian ko lang ng inosenteng ngiti. "Sa harap, Lavinia! Dalian mo na! Malapit ko na kayong pagbuhulin ng babaeng 'to!" He said, pertaining to Lucille.

"Mauna na nga kayo, susunod naman ako e, dito lang ako sa likod niyo."

He stared on me for a while and finally sighed.

"Fine! Siguraduhin mo lang na susunod ka! Kapag wala ka sa likod ko pagdating sa labas, hahayaan kita na maiwan dito, sinasabi ko sa'yong babae ka." Grabe siya magbanta, para siyang Mommy ko. And I doubt, hindi niya magagawa ang sinabi niya na iiwan niya 'ko rito.
