Chapter summary for the last one -

Roman had pent up anxiety from leaving to 'home' and the interaction with the other guardians while being mad at himself for ruining his relationship with Virgil because of his decisions and/or choices. ending with him scratching his arm and drawing blood. 

Thomas

Thomas awoke to the small patch of water flashing, he was thankful that he fell asleep on the side of the bed instead of the centre where Emile is right now with Remy latched onto him like a koala with a death grip. it made Thomas smile then got out and quietly went to the small puddle glowing his eyes, "yes? what is it?" Thomas asks in a whisper to the puddle and a mist slowly forms showing two forms he recognised as Terrence and Valerie. 

"Hello Thomas we know it is very early in the morning buuut we do have some good news," Terrence says in a whisper the two were smiling, Thomas rubs his eyes to get the sleep out of the "yes? tell me then so I can go back to bed" 

"Well we found the queen, we didn't know who she was and wanted to talk to her before telling you when you last contacted us. She woke up this afternoon, Sam is desperate to get back and will be on her way in the late morning."  Thomas's eyes light up hearing that "you did! Where is she? Is she ok?" Thomas began shooting questions at the pair through the mist who laughed and explained how they found her. 

There was a groan from the bed where the other two were sleeping causing Thomas to instantly look ashamed "Thomas? why are you awake? come back to bed" Emile says reaching his only free hand out for the other, Remy didn't stir he just clung tighter. 

"We'll let you guys sleep now, sorry for the late call Thomathy, have a good sleep" the mist goes back into the puddle losing its glow and Thomas shuffles back into bed with the others, Emile hugging into Thomas leaning on his chest running his fingers through their har, Thomas held onto the both Remy and Emile gently allowing sleep to come and see their Queen again.

Thomas woke in a tangle of limbs which never surprised him much since they all except for Emile like to hog the bed, but he never minded the tangle too much. he smiles feeling someone running their hands through Thomas' hair again. "morning" he says knowing one of the others was still asleep "morning babes, how was your sleep?" They ask gently Thomas hums shifting still being held by Emile, "it was alright, got a call from Terrence and Valerie saying Sam will be here by midday-ish" 

Remy's hand stops its mission of combing Thomas' hair "exfucking Scuse me?" Remy hisses "why didn't I know about this?" Thomas smirks knowing Remy would have reacted the way he did. "because babe you were passed out clinging to Emile like a lifeline, and Emile woke up but didn't know what I was doing, so he doesn't know either."

There was a pause then Remy's hands went back to Thomas' hair like they never stopped "no I was not, don't say I am clingy or ill punch you" Thomas scoffs at his boyfriends' antics, "you were and don't go lying to yourself, dear" Remy chuckles and sigh relaxed more. 

After sometime Emile groaned clinging a little tighter to Thomas "morning Emmy, how was your sleep?" Emile looks at Thomas bleary-eyed "morning, It was fine, how was yours?" Thomas smiles at the other, "it was alright, sorry for waking you last night" Emile hugs tighter "no it's fine I was confused and didn't even remember waking up till you mentioned it"

They all shuffled and cuddled together for a bit before Thomas saw that they should get up causing the other two to whine at the loss of the other who smiled, "come on, the sooner we do the training for the others the sooner we can cuddle." in a flash of creme brown and pink the two were fully dressed since all three had a shower the night before. Then went to the court tent and waited for the others to arrive Talyn and Joan already there discussing how to get Virgil to shift into a cat or the other large feline he would be, Remy grumbled drinking his coffee and eating food as Thomas and Emile put a hand on his knee to calm him down.

Roman was first to enter looking around cautiously before taking a seat next to Emile tugging at his red long sleeve, who reached over to the fruit salad and served himself some food and began silently eating, all of the guardians in the room could read Just how broken this ward was a desperately wanted to fix it. 

But it's not their job. 

A few moments later Robyn and female Virgil entered with Logan and Patton following not too far behind all helping themselves to the food, Roman stopped and went pale emile noticed this "you ok?" roman looked at emile wide-eyed as they went to a vibrant green mixed with blues. 

Robyn saw this and grabbed Thomas pulling him to a corner of the tent, " you need to make a charm to suppress scents" she mutters to him in the corner of the room, she signs something for others to not hear and his eyes widen as Robyn gives him a small chain he recognised as robins necklace that she had from when she faded, "are you sure?" he asks worried, she numbly nods, her eyes hadn't changed since discovering what happened to her wife. 

"Do it. I'll tell Joan and Talyn to talk him into wearing the necklace." 

Thomas' eyes glowed a yellow as he mumbled the charm onto the necklace soon the necklace glowed too. 

The conversation behind them kept going most likely the others distracting the new people from whats going on in the corner.  Soon the glowing faded and the charm was bright silver the moon glimmering in the soft light of Thomas' eyes. he handed it to Robyn "sorry if I knew it made him react like that I would have done it sooner." 

Robyn and Thomas go back to their seat like it never happened, no one questioned it and Robyn was sitting on the other side of Virgil to the charm started to lessen the smell causing Roman to relax just a little.
