Guardians.

End AN and factsss

Hey everyone thank you so so so so much for reading this disaster of a book, If you liked it please vote and comment (if you wanna), i really enjoyed writing this final book for The Soulmark.

I want to also tell some fun facts or plot points or things I didn't add-

Emile was going to be a regressor- reason being is that when a guardian fades they go to the age of their ward and emiles ward when they died was 6 so emile would regress to their age every once in a while then go back to normal as an after affect of not fading with their ward.

I tried to do as much reasurch as i possibly could to make sure I set up the diagnosis of virgils bipolar disorder as close to a person possibly with that same disorder (sorry if I offended anyone I wont get it all correct)

Logans mom died when he was younger roughly 6-7- I did extensive reasurce and have written a two part one shot of logan and his interactions with his mom it's the most sad thing I have allowed my friends to ever read of my content.

Patton, Sam, virgil's and Robyn's parents were NOT soulmates. - robyn and pattons parents went against the mark and married eachother being high school sweethearts.

Sam and virgils parents both lost theirs later in life when sam lost hers it triggered their mom and later on their dad on their loss using their children as a stress relieving kickball.

Sam's soulmate burned alive in a house fire.- this is a unspoken thing that does not ever get mentioned bit I'm using this a little exposure to my own family history, I lost my little sister in a house fire not long after she was born.

I had to reread the soulmark because of the lack of independent titles- I hated reading the older book and the lack of titles made it a headache to do the flashbacks in the finale.

I had another way to insert Cassidy into the story- I was going have Cassidy attack logan and Robyn while they were searching for saffiya, robyn was going to be kidnapped and corrupted.

Saffiya the unicorn, is also the same saffiya dog- since she is technically logans noble steed they are bonded and cannot leave one another so she took the form of a border collie so she can continue to be by logans side in the 'real world'(yes roman and virgil had to find somewhere that accepted dogs for their wedding)

The binder of papers patton fell asleep reading were adoption papers for adopting Missy- tiny detail no one I think could really tell since it could have been anything from their veterinary to their animal caring foundation.

When everyone got sent back they still had after affects from being exposed to the magic of home- logans eyes remained light blue, his facial features remained more sharp and angular.

Patton has some of the markings that glow which he can easily hide and can still play with water and talk with animal like saffiya but he doesn't know what saffiya means whenever she mentions sam.

Roman still has the mate scent that virgil emits (coffee and morning rain) and he does growl he cant shift due to lack of magic around him Roman's eyes do glow too.

Virgil black and violet hair, can purr, goes cat-like and sometimes chases the lazer pointer light if hes got his guard down. He cannot shift due to lack of magic around him.

Robyn got diagnosed with a separation anxiety- since sam kept leaving she developed an anxiety after the others left and was not able to be left alone without at least one person in the same room without having a panic attack.
She also has nightmares of the core.

Roman gave Sam the permission she needed to go into the core that no one else would authorize-  this was the discussion that was cut off after sam talked to Roman about his self destructive behaviour. Also what was being mentioned in the finale pt 2.

Robyn Thomas and Remy were born markless, and as guardians.

The only guardians that have their was still alive are sam, robyn, thomas, remy and talyn. - Joan and Emiles have already both passed away.

Joan's was their older brother who died- of a natural disaster. (I don't know If they have a relative like that but I sorta need one sooooo...)

Emiles ward was his little sister who died at the age of six- Lovely bones style if you know what I mean because it's a depressing book and film

The 'oldest' guardian is joan- but whenever they had been a part of the court they never wanted to become the leader so they rejected the proposal leading go the king they got before sam getting crowned.

Remy is transgender- this was also something I never hinted to but I wanted to mention that's how Robyn knew about the gateway changing the sexuality for the guardian to their preference.

I started writing this during school hours during my hours of no subjects-  i also wrote the finales before writing the core and memory room chapters.
