I wake up with my phone buzzing beside me. God, who texts this early on a sunday? I open my phone and see a ton of messages on The Drama Club. Our group text.
Jenny: Did anyone hear???
Isaac: Hear what?
Isaac: Somebody tell me!
Claire: Isaaaac! Are you honestly so clueless?
Felix: Even I don't know what's going on....
Jenny: So all the guys in the world are clueless?!
Summer: Okay, what are you talking about?
Claire: Great. So you don't know as well. Francis? Felicity?
Fran: Um??
Jenny: Of course. Even he's clueless.
Isaac: Can you guys just spill already? You don't need to scold everyone for not knowing what they don't know🙄
I type.
Me: I kinda don't know what's going on either.
Felix: Okay. McCall, Davis....would you kindly tell us what's going on and why are you so hyped up this early in the morning.
Jenny: There's a bake sale in Hillcrest High next weekend!!!!!
Claire: Cupcakes all the way babbyyyyy!!❤️
Issac: Oh lord. Save me. Now.
Felix: NOOOO
Me: that's great. Why that reaction though @felix and @isaac?
Isaac: Because these girls are gonna drag us AND all of you down to shopping with them now😨
Felix: And shopping of what you may ask? Clothes and shoes and whatever the hell y'all buy. And then they'll drag us to the grocery store and buy soooo many unnecessary things in the name of cupckaes because they aren't the ones holding the bag OR paying for what's bought.
Francis: Wow. All this for just a bake sale?
Summer: haha why?😂
Claire: because we love baking for the bake sale and we're so excited to bake for the bake sale that we go shopping before the bake sale.
Jenny: It's kind of a ritual now. But @felix and @isaac left the part where they bake with us. And no we don't force them. They really love baking for the bake sale🤷
Isaac: I won't lie. We do. But we love the BAKING part.
Felix: For which the bake sale is actually for if you didn't know. Can we please not do that this year? I don't feel like it.
Everyone goes silent at this. I'm guessing Dylan is with them to do this every year. But somehow seeing Felix upset is making me sad. Even though technically I'm not seeing him. So I decide that even if this is something I usually don't do - here's to new experiences.
Me: Oh no we are doing it. I like baking, I like shopping and I like spending time with y'all. So let's do this!!!
Jenny: AWW! That is so sweet.
Claire: yeah. And plus Fel, you said that you will try from now on:-\
So he talked to them about it.
Summer: I'm kinda excited for it toooo
Isaac: I don't agree with the whole shopping part but they've got a point about you tryin to move on Felix
