25- Let Her Go

Dylan's POV ( A few days before 10 months ago)

It's been one week since I saw that text. Is Frank going to propose or something like that? What could possibly be Frank doing or is gonna do that he doesn't want Melissa being suspicious about? And who the hell is Theodore? Should I tell Fel about it? No. He has enough things to worry about as it is.

But I can ask him who's Theodore. So I text him.

Me: Fel

Fel: Ya?

Me: Do you know any Theodore?

He doesn't reply for a few seconds so I know that he's thinking about it.

Fel: Um I don't think I remember any Theodore. Why?

Me: Nvm. Just heard the name from Frank. Was wondering.

Fel: Oh Frank. Yes yes. Theo is his assistant.

Hmm. Assistant. 

Me: Is Frank over at your house right now?

Fel: Yes. Why? What's going on?

Me: Nothing's going on. I was just curious. Worried about Melissa and you.

Fel: I'm worried about her too. She doesn't even talk about dad anymore. I hate Frank Evans for entering her life. Why can't just he let her go?

Me: I don't like him either.

I ended up coming over at Fel's house. Not at his house. I'm in my car outside his house. I had this crazy idea. I should see where Frank goes after meeting Melissa. Is he cheating on her? Is he going to propose? I need to know.

I wait for another 20 minutes when I see Melissa and Frank coming out the main door. He drives out his car in front of her, she gives him a goodbye kiss and they both leave. 

I wait for about a minute and then I start following him. 

I feel like a spy. And I feel like I shouldn't be doing this. But then Melissa and Felix's faces float in my mind and I drive faster.

After a while, he stops infront of a house and on cue, I stop a little behind him. I hide the car behind some bushes. This is probably his own house so I think I'm wasting my time.

But he gets out of the car with something rolled up in a newspaper and waits there. So this isn't his house.

Someone walks over to him and comes and stands front of him. It's red-haired man. Probably in his late 20s. They talk for about 2-3 minutes and I'm just watching them creepily. 

Frank hands him the newspaper package and the man gives him- cash? Is that Theodore? Is Frank consuming drugs or something like that? What the hell is going on?

As hundred different thoughts start racing my mind, I see Frank leave. But I don't follow him this time. I am much more confused and worried now than I was before.

Felicity's POV (Present Time)

All of us just had dinner. Isaac came back with Felix a few minutes later and has been avoiding Claire since. We met Melissa and Frank. They are really nice. Melissa gave Felix some weird smile look after meeting me which I'm still really confused about. Summer met Abizza. She wasn't there yesterday when Abizza visited the bake sale.
