Chapter 6: Unexpected Surprise

Crash, bang, pop, and yelling are the sounds that met my ears this morning. Grabbing my glasses, I make my way downstairs to see a broken table. "What on earth happened to the table?!" I can not even imagine.

     "Joseph and Damien started wrestling. I was yelling at them to stop, and then they crashed into the table. I am just glad breakfast had not been set yet." Angel said.

Jordan walks into the dorm with a small table from management. When we clean everything up, we get our food, and Angel talks about what is going on today.

     "We have a dance and vocal practice today like normal. After that, there is a meeting with our manager. We are going our first tour around promoting our single Out Break. Bts will be joining us on our tour around Europe. There is going to be someone elts coming on the tour who is supposed to help with the music."

After eating, I went to my room and changed into a plain white shirt and gray sweatpants. I walk down and walk with my members to the dance room. Damien gets the music set up, and we begin. I have been working on a new move I wanted to use at the end of the song and told the other members about it. We practiced, and it was my time to do the move. I fall and hurt myself, and the music stops.

     "Jay-Kobe, are you ok," Jordan asked.

     "Yea, I am fine. I did not expect to get it right. A couple more tries, and I will master it in time for our tour." Everyone told me to take a break and continued to practice. Two hours later, everyone was done and sweaty. My members and I go to our dorms to chance for the meeting with Ji-Sung. I change into blue shorts and my Bts shirt with black Nikes and head to the meeting room. We walk in and see Bts and our manager waiting for us with the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment and take our seats while our manager begins.

     "Good morning, members of Bts and Pandemic. I hope you are all in good health."

     "As Pandemic's manager, you should know if we are or not." I laugh.

     "Anyways, you guys need to get ready for your tour around Europe. Pandemic: This is your first tour, and I should be very excited! The company has already started making light sticks for your fans. Pandemonium is called Biohazard sticks, and t-shirts are being made as well. We will post them on the official Instagram later today. Bts is going because they are promoting their song Boy with Luv and to watch you all. Your college courses are online now and need to be done. You all leave in three days, that is all."

With that, we all cleared out of the room when I got a tap on the shoulder. I look over to see Jimin-Hyung. "Oh hey Hyung, what's up?"

     "I just wanted to say hi! Tours are so much fun!" With that, he walked off.

I was walking to the company studio with the members for vocal lessons when my phone went off, and I picked it up. "Yeoboseyo, Kim Janghyuk speaking."

     "Hey, little brother, how are you."

     "Alex, hey! What is up, bro? I have been wanting to call, but we have been busy with our debut. I miss you, big bro."

     "We will have plenty of time to catch up because I am at the airport on my way to Korea right now. I am coming with you on your tour to help us and such."

     "That is great, Alex! We will pick you up, text me when you land."

     "Ok, see you soon, Jay."

I race to my members. "Guys, the person coming with us is my brother!!!" They all look at me with confused faces. Oh yea, I forgot to tell them about Alex.

     "Wait, what brother? In all the years we have known each other, you never mentioned you have a brother," Jordan said.

As we walk into the recording room, I explain. "I have an older brother named Alex, and he is a music producer. He likes to stay out of the spotlight and helps artists make, produce, and fix their music. He is five years older than me with the same dark brown hair and blue eyes. He is at the airport in the States and is on the way. Now, it is time to get to work."

Each member takes their turn in the booth, recording their lines, making sure their voices are in pitch. It took a couple of hours because we wanted to change things, but everything went smoothly. After we were done, I got a text from Alex telling me he would arrive soon. I told the members, and we got into the van with some security, and Angel drove us to the airport. Getting to the airport, I told the members I would go in alone. I took some guards in case I get recognized. They walked further behind him, not to draw attention. I also have my signature Tokyo Ghoul mask on too.

Making my way to the waiting area, I sit down and wait for the plane to arrive. I decided to check our Instagram and see the shirts and light sticks that have been posted.

Do not forget to pick up your Biohazard sticks to light up the stadium with your Bio Chemicals!

Wow, they turned out great and can not wait to see our and light up the stage with their neon green glow.

     "Flight 257 from California to Korea is now arriving."

I stand up and watch the plane arrive while waiting. Soon to lands and hooks up to the passenger thing to let the people out of the plane. People started to walk out and I could see my brother from the distance. I run to him and give him a huge hug, and he hugs me back. I take off my mask. He is a little taller than mine, so I look up at him slightly. "I missed you, brother. How was your flight?" We started walking.

     "It was good, I slept on my last flight here. I can not wait for this tour now that you are going with us." Suddenly, a fan screams.

     "OMG, it's Jay-Kobe from Pandemic!"

We start to get surrounded, and the security works fast-moving people out the way so we can get out of the airport. Making it back to the van, Angel starts the engine and heads back to the dorms. My brother looks at me with surprised eyes.

     "That was something."

I started to introduce my brother to the other members. Thirty minutes we make it to the dorm and get out of the van. We are all tired as we get into the dorm. Alex is going to sleep in one of the spare rooms we have. "Good night, Alex. It is good to see you again."

"You to Jay, good night."
