Everything seemed fuzzy, slow. Tori gasped. Many people were only just realizing that something strange had happened; heads were still turning toward the silver cat as it vanished. Silence spread outward in cold ripples from the place where the Patronus had landed. Bill and Fleur put their foreheads together, whispering to each other. Then somebody screamed.

Tori and Fred threw themselves into the panicking crowd. Guests were sprinting in all directions; many were Disapparating; the protective enchantments around the burrow had broken and chaos followed.

As they pushed their way across the dance floor, Tori saw cloaked and masked figures appearing in the crowd; then she saw Lupin and Tonks, their wands raised and heard both of them shout, "Protego!", a cry that was echoed on all sides.

People all around them were leaving quickly. "Lee! Go! Go now! Now!" Tori pushed Lee Jordan forward, watching him glance around the room. Lee nodded, grabbing his wand and leaving within seconds.

Tori pulled out her own wand, "Protego!" She heard behind her, turning to see Mae shield herself and Charlie and disapparting away.

"Stupefy!" Tori bellowed, throwing a close Death Eater into the table of desserts. Remus came tumbling towards her and Fred. "Get out of here! Get the others out of here!"

"Are you kidding me? We can't leave— STUPEFY!" Tori screamed. A few of the candles that were floating had now hit the floor, lighting the ends of the tent up in a fire.

There were more screams as more and more Death Eaters fell into the tents. The world around Tori was going too fast as spells and hexes flew through the air around them. "GEORGE!" Fred bellowed, looking for his twin in panic through the frightened crowd.

There were crashes and the sound of breaking glass everywhere. Tori ducked towards a table, pulling Fred down with her. "Go find George!" She yelled at him over the sound of the chandelier falling.

Fred nodded without a second of hesitation and ran off when they both jumped up once again.

Tori continued through the tent, rushing people outwards and fighting off Death Eaters. She didn't even feel like herself, it felt as if she was floating and something else inside her was doing all the fighting. She didn't even know what spells she was casting.

When Tori finally found Fred and George, they were using their own few products to fend off the remaining Death Eaters.

"Impedimenta!" Tori cast, freezing the Death Eater's feet as they fell into their face. Even with putting up a fight, there were fewer and fewer crowd members and more and more Death Eaters flooded inwards.

Unfortunately, soon the Death Eaters had surrounded the entire outside of the tent, not to mention the many that were inside. Tori glanced around at those who were left. No where was Harry, Ron, or Hermione.

At least they're safe. She thought. At least they're safe.

"Where is Harry Potter?" Tori's father asked her, leaning towards her. The Death Eaters had created quite a mess in the Burrow, picture frames and pillows laid all over the ground. Clothes and books were torn. It was no surprise that they were looking for something. Or someone.

Dissatisfied with searching the house, the Death Eaters decided to interrogate those who were left. Tori was rather emotionless when she realized her father was in charge of crashing the wedding.

Tori said nothing.

"Where is Harry Potter?"

"Why the bloody hell would I tell you anything?" Tori snapped. Her father narrowed his eyes, "Don't make this more complicated than it already is, Victoria."

"Don't touch her!" Fred shouted, narrowing his eyes. Avalon tightened his grip upon Fred. Tori, Fred, and George were all being interrogated at the moment. Tori's father merely rolled his eyes, he glanced over at Avalon and nodded.

Avalon pulled out his wand, holding it to Fred's head. "Tell me where Harry Potter is and he'll live to see another day."

Tori's heart dropped as she made eye contact with Fred. His eyes widened as if to say don't. "I don't know!" Tori yelled frantically, her voice sounding like she was on the edge of tears. "He didn't show up to the wedding! I don't know where he is!"

"Liar!" Her father bellowed in her face. Tori's face turned red and she flinched. "We're wasting our time on them father, they don't know," Avalon said. Tori's father shook his head, staring daggers at Tori. "She's lying."

"No, she's not," Avalon replied.

The two shared a glance before her father grunted. "Bring in the werewolf and his half-blooded wife."

Tori and the twins were returned to the tent, where Molly was sobbing her eyes out. The entire rest of the night they were brought in a few more times to be interrogated.

Tori always answered the same, "I don't know. He wasn't at the wedding. I don't know." She tried to look as confident as she could when sitting in the tent. Voldemort had taken over the Ministry... what did that mean for the Wizarding World?

When the Death Eaters finally left. Tori decided she wouldn't go back home. The house was practically silent as everyone sat in the living room.

Tori was talking in a hushed whisper to Tonks as they tried to figure out what to do. Would they go to work? Would they have to flee? What would the next morning bring?

Neither of them had an answer.

Tori leaned herself into Fred's arms. Fearful was the only word to describe how she felt at that moment. The mood in the house was fearful too as everyone slowly began to make their way into their beds around two in the morning.

Tori didn't feel tired, yet she forced herself up the stairs, kissing Fred goodnight and following Ginny into her room. She couldn't help but glance at the empty bed Hermione would have slept in and hoped they were alright.

They seemed to be the only hope to end this nightmare.
