Tara's POV
You can't imagine my fear when I noticed I had ditched my actual best friend.
"Lilia!! Where's Mia?!" I exclaimed she turned to look behind me and gasped.
"I seriously thought she was with us." She said.
"Oh heavens please let her be with Max." I whispered.
"She's a grown girl, I'm sure she's fine." Lilia said.
I didn't tell her about Mia's disorder, and I'm never telling her unless Mia says I can.
"Max is probably in the basement so let's check there!" I exclaimed.
"Why is Max with her?" Lilia asked.
She has had a crush on Max since like forever.
"I don't know. Let's go." I said pushing through people who were dancing and shouting.
We walked down the basement and I saw Mia laughing with Harvey who was not to far from Max.
Max probably introduced her to his friends.
I breathed out and put my palm over my chest.
"That was so scary.." I said. Lilia frowned confused at why I was being dramatic.
Mia's probably mad at me now..
She caught my eye and grinned then she waved.
Oh...well she ain't mad then.
"Let's join the game." I said. Harvey looked up and saw us.
He gestured us over and pointed at the two seats next to him.
We went to him and sat. "I'm so sorry Mia. I got distracted." I said.
"It's fine." She smiled. "How'd you find Max?" I asked.
"He came to me." She replied.
"And they fought." Harvey grinned.
"What...? She and Max? Why?" I asked.
Max was my only other option to protect her when I'm not there!
"Some stuff and she told him to get away from her and he said she shouldn't call him or ask him for anything again and blah blah and blah blah." Harvey said.
Lilia made a sound and I rolled my eyes.
"Mia what's your problem?" I asked.
She shrugged. "I don't need him." She said and I sighed.
"Let the game begin!!! but first please introduce yourselves. I'm seeing some new faces." Kian said.
Mostly Mia.
"Starting from me! I'm Kate." Kate said cheerily from next to Max.
"Max." Max said.
