Monday
2pm.I strolled into the kitchen.
I'm really craving oreos and I think we have one left in the pantry.
I met Luke there with....oreos.
"Hey uhm is that the last Oreo?" I asked slowly.
He looked up from his phone.
He didn't respond at first but then he finally did.
"Yea." He answered.
"Oh. I was really craving it." I muttered quietly to myself.
He looked down at the oreos and back at me.
He looked highly uncomfortable and I don't get why.
Why is he being like this all of a sudden?
"Uhm..you can have it." He said lightly and I practically froze.
He got up and left.
"What.was.that." I muttered to myself.
Luke Davila...did not just do that.
Woah.
Luke's POV.
I didn't feel this guilty before. Why the sudden guilt?I saw her stop right in her tracks. I've been that bad to her. Yea.
I got off the chair and left the kitchen.
I don't get why recently I've been remembering all the shit that went down that night.
I know Max also remembers all of this.
He can't pretend that he doesn't know even though that was our deal..
Maybe I should talk to him?
My mind is all over right now. I dialled him.
"Hey. Is something wron-" he began but I cut him off.
"No. I'm sure you remember JJ right?" I asked going straight to the point.
"(Shuffling about) Yea... What about him?" He asked.
"Remember what he did to Mia?" I asked.
"Oh..yea. Uhm......yea, We vowed that we don't have anything to do with it." He said.
"Well we have to tell her."
"How?" He asked.
"We....- you and I."
I stuttered looking behind me to make sure Mia wasn't nearby.
"Can I call you back?" Max asked and I frowned.
"Sure.".
Flashback to four years ago.
[A/N: Get ready for some revelations people!]
"What?" I muttered looking up at Joe who looked sincere with his request and admission."You love Mia?" I asked to be sure.
"Honestly I do." He said. "You two have only been dating for two weeks and I don't trust you yet JJ." I said.
"Luke! All I'm asking for is one date with Mia." He groaned.
"Fine, but if you hurt my sister you're dead and you know that." I said.
"Bro, you're my friend, why the hell don't you trust me?" Joe frowned.
"Whatever." I said looking out of the window at Max and Mia who were laughing at people walking by under the rain.
