After the party, everyone was busy planning our wedding. Even Kai, Enzo, Carter and dad helped when they were not working. We had decided to have a small wedding. It was just my family including Jamie, Leo, Enzo, Dana and Lexi. But that did not mean it was not special. I never liked too crowded weddings anyways.

I went shopping for the dress with Enzo, Carter, mom and Dana. It was a beautiful plain white dress. It highlighted my curves at the right places and was really flowy below my waist. I looked just like a queen. And everyone who saw me wearing that dress told me that. It had took me hours to find the one I liked. When I saw this one, I instantly liked it.

Enzo was the best man and Dana was the matron of honor.

Currently, I had asked Dana for a moment with my mother before I walked down the aisle.

"Don't worry dear everything will be just fine." mom assured after looking at a worried me. But I was pretty sure she was worried twice more than I was.

"I just want everything to be fine." and by that I meant that I did not want any unwanted guests.

"It will be. Now come on Kai will be waiting." she smiled but it wasn't her usual smile.

"Mom I think something is bothering you." I said seeing the worry on her face.

"It's nothing, honey." I raised an eyebrow at her, giving her the 'really? I don't think so' look.

"It's just that I feel so guilty about not being with you all this time. And just after a few weeks of discovering that you are alive we have to let you go. I also feel so happy that you accepted us and you love us so much." tears had started falling from her eyes.

"Oh mom" I sighed and wrapped my arms around her. "It is not your fault. It was that bloody son of a bitch Davon Romano. He was the one who took me away from you. And I am not mad at any of you if that is what you think." I said placing a hand on her shoulders.

"I love you so much, dear." she hugged me.

"Now come on. Time to go." I smiled and tugged her towards the door after wiping her tears.

I got a little nervous as Lex walked down with a few flowers in her hand. Initially we weren't going to make her the flower girl because she was too small but Dana insisted. A smile appeared on my face as she saw her dad standing near Kai and ran to him. Speaking of Kai, he looked smoking hot as always in his tuxedo.

Finally I walked down the aisle with my dad on my side. When I reached the altar, he lifted my veil to place a kiss on my forehead and then took his seat in the front row beside mom.

After some time, it was time for us to recite the vows. Kai and I had decided to recite our own vows.

"I had started falling for you since the minute you started cursing me for being cold towards you. I just tried to push that feeling away but it only grew stronger. And now, I am very happy with the decision I made. I love you Rose Walters. I will keep loving you till infinity and beyond." Kai beamed happily at me.

"If I was given a chance to go back and undo the bad stuff in our pasts, I wouldn't. I am scared we wouldn't end up here. Some really bad things happened in our past but I am happy that they did. Because that's what brought us together. The good and the bad. My love only grew stronger for you. It still does. I love you Kai Parker. I will love you in your good and bad. No matter how old and wrinkly we get." the happiness I felt right now and the love I felt for Kai was measureless.

Then  Kai and I exchanged our rings. Mine was a diamond ring while Kai's was a simple platinum one.

"Do you, Kai Parker take Rose Walters, to be your lawfully wedded wife, to share your life openly, standing with her in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, in hardship and in ease, to cherish and love forever more?" the priest asks.

"I do" he replies.

"Do you Rose Walters take Kai Parker, to be your lawfully wedded husband, to share your life openly, standing with him in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, in hardship and in ease, to cherish and love forever more?" the priest asked.

"I do." my eyes were glossy with tears of happiness by now.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." and even before the priest finished his sentence, Kai had lifted the veil and smashed his lips on mine,  engulfing  me in a soft but passionate kiss. Everyone cheered and clapped.

I don't know if I got the wedding ceremony right. I don't know much about the Christian weddings so I had to write this chapter with the help of google. Tell me if something is not right and I will change it straight away.
