Nasipa ko si Henry habang binabasa ang folder na ibinigay niya, actually I'm also helping him run his club bar. Kapag my mga tanong ito about business ay sa amin siya lumalapit ni Patricia, now that I have Olie as my secretary, he couldn't contain his grin as we ate. Niyaya niya kami ni Olie kumain ng dinner sa labas.

He laugh, Olie eyed us weirdly and I just shrugged.

"Yes but I couldn't move on from Fifth Harmony's Work. Man it's lit, the best track I've ever heard—I don't make the Rules." I glared at him.

"Rules? What rule? Selena's Hands To Myself says what?" He laughed again. Well, kung gan'to nakakaakit si Olie araw-araw then I couldn't really keep my hands to myself! I'd be doom but I'm very strict about my own principles.

I half grinned I'm irritated when I do that. "And Hailee Steinfeld's Rock Bottom says what?" Sa inis ko tuluyan ko na itong sinipa na ikinangiwi niya. "I bet you also know Blackpink's Kick It, fan boy."

"Ang weird niyo mag-pinsan."

"Eto kasi, eh," reklamo ko. "Kumain ka nalang, Henry."

"Tanga."

I hate him being weird, gumamit ba naman ng kanta jeez.

"Rue! You came!"

It's Tito's birthday today, of course I will attend his party. Joseph's father can be annoying like Joseph sometimes, like father like son.

"Thank you for coming Olie! Enjoy the party, okay?" Of course he invited Olie, we didn't actually talked about coming together, tila naging automatic na nagsabay nalang kami, sino bang kakilala kong ibang invited? Si Henry lang ata. No choice ako.

"Everyone is eyeing you, the power you hold," Olie whispered, napailing nalang ako. I'm sure they're also looking at her.

"Babe!" By hearing that, my hand automatically flew to hold Olie's waist. She flinched feeling my palm, damn she's wearing a backless dress.

And fuck it, I don't want to see Jassy tonight.

"Babe! Joseph's fiancee is looking for you inside!" Babe.

"Sorry I'm with my date, please just say Hi for me," I politely decline. If it's not obvious, I hate Jassy for being so flirty and I hate to say this but I gotta be good to her coz she's a spoiled brat, ninong ko rin ang daddy niya, I respect their family's name, ayoko rin namang saktan pa lalo si Jassy, masyado nga lang talaga siyang mapilit.

"Date? I thought you're going alone..."

"You just thought, Jas."

Her mood immediately went downhill, she turned to Olie just to insult her, "You're a cheap date."

I gasped, how dare this woman!

I was about to defend my date when Olie Montealondre herself clapped back at this brat, aminin ko man o sa hindi, she looked so unbothered and that attitude is appealing. Ohh nagkakamali ka ng binangga.
