y/n pov

"Y/n. Wake up! Wake up!" "WHAT!" I shouted angrily at Harry. "Oh sorry Harry. I get a bit snappy in the morning," I warned him. "That's alright," Harry sighed. "So what're we gonna do today?" he asked looking slightly scared. This made me smirk. "What?" he asked seeing my smirk. "Nothing, nothing," I dismissed. "I'm going downstairs," Harry left the room which gave me the room to myself. I went to the bathroom and combed my hair. I put it in a messy bun. I brushed my teeth and changed into a sweater and jeans. (a/n shown above)

I finally went downstairs and was greeted with many stares of awe. Confused I walked over to Hagrid who was smiling and waiting for me. "Good mornin', Ms. Gr-," He cut himself off, quickly changing the subject. "We're going to be going to Diagon Alley today to pick up yer supplies!" "Hagrid?" I questioned him. "What were you about to call me?" "Nothing Ms. Jackson. Let's move along, then, shall we?" I hesitated but proceeded towards the back of the pub.

"Why are we in front of a brick wall?" Harry curiously looks around. I think he was looking for some sort of button but who knows. Hagrid takes his pink umbrella and hits certain bricks in a certain order. Slowly, the bricks that once had been a solid wall, turned into an entrance to Diagon Alley. I faced Harry. I had to hold in a laugh watching him as his mouth is hanging open. He must have heard a small giggle escape from my lips because he gave me a playful glare.

"Alrigh' you two. Let's go to Florish and Blotts for books," Hagrid suggested. "But, Hagrid, I haven't any money," exclaimed Harry. "Well there's your money Harry!" I say pointing at a pearly white building with a sign that read "Gringotts". Hagrid looked a bit embarrassed when he forgot to go to the bank first. When we entered the building Harry seemed a bit timid looking around at the goblins. "Hagrid, what are those things?" "Goblins," I answer before Hagrid had the chance. "Best if you stay with me Harry and y/n. They can get pretty nasty," advised Hagrid before arriving to the main desk.

"I'm here to make a withdrawal for Mr. Potter and Ms. Jackson," announced Hagrid. "And does Mr. Potter and Ms. Jackson have their keys?" responded the goblin. "Ahh here's the little devil," Hagrid reached into his many pockets and pulled out a small key. I handed the goblin my key which had a ruby on it. I never knew why but it was very beautiful. "I would also like to make the withdrawal of you know what in vault you know which," Hagrid mysteriously says. Hagrid, then, pulls out a letter and hands it to the goblin. "From Dumbledore," added Hagrid. The goblin became slightly anxious before returning a, "Very well."

We hopped onto a transportation cart and went to the vaults. We stopped at Harry's first and his face lit up when he saw the galleons, sickles, and knuts piled high. I sighed. I knew I wasn't from a rich family so I wasn't expecting much money. I've never been to the vault, however. After Harry piled all the coins he could carry in a black pouch, we left to my vault. We entered my vault, and to my surprise there were billions of galleons, sickles, and knuts. "Hagrid? Where did all this money come from?" I asked still looking at the pile of gold. "I'm not sure I'm the one to answer that y/n," replied Hagrid. I nodded my head to acknowledge that I understood. "Hagrid? Can I borrow your umbrella for a second?" I smiled when the half-giant gave me his umbrella. He was confused and so was Harry. "Capacious Extremis," I recited. I started piling money into my now larger purse and handed the umbrella back to Hagrid.

"Whoa," was all Harry spit out. "What did it do?" I wondered why he was so impressed if he didn't even know what I did. "Well, I made the inside of my purse larger so I can carry more money," I explained. We made one last stop at vault 713. "Stand back," said the goblin unlocking the vault. He dragged his fingernail down the vault in a pattern I didn't understand. The vault opened and Hagrid went inside and grabbed a small package. "Whats that, Hagrid?" I asked. "I can't tell you that y/n. Top secret. It's probably best for you not to tell anyone about this," Hagrid said looking at me and Harry. We left Gringotts and headed straight for Florish and Blotts. We got all our books and started towards Madame Malkin's Robes shop. We got our robes and our other supplies we needed for the year. "We need wands," I pointed out. We were about 3 shops away when Hagrid left and told us to get our wands. We gave him some unsure looks but he said he'd catch up in less then 10 minutes.
