||Y/N'S POV||

The day was finishing smoothly and joyously, but I just couldn't help but let my mind linger on what Malfoy Sr. had said. 'Do enjoy the match. While you can.' Maybe I'm just overthinking. Anyway, everyone was dancing, wrapping themselves in flags in the Weasleys tent, just being our goofy selves. Arthur had gone out for some water at a nearby well right before some loud sounds were heard from outside the tent. "Looks like the Irish has their pride on!" Fred joked as Arthur barged back inside the tent.

"It's not the Irish! You have to get back to the portkey!" Arthur demanded. "Fred and George, Ginny is your responsibility. Y/N take care of these three for me. James, Lily, we have to get to the other aurors and such!" I was taken aback by the sudden demands, but listened nevertheless. Once I walked out of the tent, I saw half the tents in flames and ruins. My eyes widened as I grabbed Hermione's and Harry's wrist. I knew one of the two had a firm grip on Ron's wrist.

As we ran past and through some ruins, I eventually lost my grip on Harry and Hermione's wrists. Over the crowd I saw Madame Maxime counting her French students. "Has anyone seen Gabrielle or Madame Maxime?!" I heard a distressed Fleur.

"Fleur!" I called to her.

"Oh! Y/N I can't find Gabrielle or Madame Maxime! Can you help me please?" Fleur cried.

"Madame Maxime is right over there! I'll find Gabrielle!" I told her.

"Thank you so much!" Fleur exclaimed before sprinting to Madame Maxime. I used my wind butterflies as a path and words for Gabrielle to follow. Within a couple minutes, I saw Gabrielle crying as she followed the butterflies. She was clutching Amica in her arm under her cloak, protecting the niffler.

"Bree! Are you alright?!" I hurriedly asked.

"I- I- I lost Fleur! I- I don't know where t- to g- go," she sobbed.

"Come here! I'll get you to safety," I beckoned her with my arms. Once she walked into my arms, I picked her up, making sure Amica was still with her, before teleporting to the Beauxbatons carriages. I saw that everyone was bustling around into their rightful compartments.

"Where is Gabrielle?! She's the only one missing," Madame Maxime panicked.

"Madame Maxime! I found Bree. Please stay safe and get out of here!" I ordered.

"Of course! Thank you Y/N! Stay safe!" Madame Maxime replied before I teleported to the other aurors. Once I appeared, the aurors were surrounding three familiar figures, launching spells at them to which they thankfully ducked.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Those are my friends!" I screamed over the commotion.

"And our kids!" Lily added, rushing out of the crowd.

"I don't care who's kids they are! They did it! The unthinkable!" Barty Crouch hollered.

"What?" I heard Harry mutter. I looked up at the sky to see a skull with a snake roaming around it, escaping the skull from the mouth. The mark of Voldemort. The Dark Mark. "What is that?" Harry asked clutching his forehead. I'm assuming his scar is hurting again.

"It's his mark Harry," Hermione replied softly. "Voldemort's I mean."

"Which of you did it?!" Crouch demanded.

"Crouch do you really think Harry or any of his friends made that monstrous thing?!" I exclaimed. "His parents died because of Voldemort! What makes you think he'd release his sign?! Are you really that daft?!"

"How dare you call me daft!" Crouch growled.

"That's beside the point! Someone cast the Dark Mark and fighting isn't going to help solve who!" I snapped. "So maybe if you stop worrying about your ego for one fucking second, we'll be able to get information from nearby areas!"

"Did you see anything Harry?" Arthur asked, focusing on the squirming brunette boy.

"Yeah. A man. Over there," Harry pointed at a nearby patch of trees. All the aurors started scouting the sight in the hopes to find something. I took this as an opportunity to check on Harry.

"Harry! Are you alright? Did the man do anything to you? Did you see his face? Could you give me a description or anything? Actually don't. You're probably exhausted. Sorry for rambling," I blurted out. "Sorry," I apologized again.

"It's fine. But no. I didn't see his face. The only thing I can really remember was his voice. It was deep and husky," Harry replied.

"Ok. Well, just, try to relax. I know it must be extremely difficult right now, especially because of the Dark Mark, but try. You must be exhausted," I told him.

"I found something! A wand!" an auror exclaimed, picking up an extremely familiar wand. I just couldn't put my finger on it.

"Perform the previous spells charm," another auror ordered. They cast it easily, revealing the last charm cast had been the one to commit the Dark Mark crime. "Who's wand is this?" the same auror asked, examining it.

"That's my wand," Harry spoke, confusion lacing his voice. "I dropped it when I was running through the forest."

"This wand has cast the Dark Mark charm. I don't know how but it did. Why'd you do it?" Crouch accused.

"It's Harry Potter, Crouch. You really think he'd cast that on purpose. I don't even think he did! He's Harry fucking Potter! He gets attacked by this guy pretty much every year! Why would he support him?! The Death Eater must have found his wand lying around, so he used Harry's instead of his own so it'd be almost impossible to find out who cast it," I berated.

"Right. Well, we'll keep looking around the forest for more clues. Keep a closer eye on your wand," Crouch told Harry. "And you. Just because you have fancy powers doesn't mean I can't find a way to get you fired," Crouch pointed to me.

"How? What would you even say? 'L/N spoke the truth but I didn't like it. Fire her immediately!'?" I mocked. Crouch opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out. "That's what I thought," I scoffed before turning back to my best friends. Hopefully nothing else terrible happens this year, but I hang out with Harry. Everyone knows that's only a wish.
