Chapter 4

"Oh, hey Bogum" taehyung said with a small smile, as he was fairly uncomfortable to be in this situation.

"Its been a while, how are you" he asked, seeming genuinely curious as to tae had been.

"Yeah, I'm good. As good as I could be" taehyung said slowly, a bit happier to see him than he'd of expected.

He had to admit that although it was an uncomfortable situation, tae was happy to see he's happy.

"How are you ? Hows your mate ?" Tae asked.

"I'm great, and mates name is doing amazing too. I'm gonna propose tonight actually." Bogum said with a slight tint of red painting his face.

Tae gasped and got really excited, his smile only growing. Although he had gotten over bogum a long time ago when he found his mate, he still sometimes found himself upset that he had been with someone who had an unknown mate other than himself.

But that didnt matter to him right now. He still gets so happy to hear anyone have such a good outcome with their mate.

"That's amazing ! I'm so happy for you. I'm sure theyre gonna be more than happy when you propose." Tae said with excitement laced in his tone.

"Yeah i-" bogum started to say,but was interrupted when jimin came over yelling, not immediately realizing tae was talking to someone.

"TaeTae ! Look who I found !" Jimin said in a rather loud way, dragging jungkook over to the scene.

They quickly both realized though that Tae was already talking with someone. Bogum no less.

They both knew their past, and in result didn't blame bogum but didnt like him either. Mainly just because they had been with tae while hed been heartbroken for a while.

Jungkook walked over and put an arm around tae's shoulder, with an oddly angry look on his face.

Jimin walked over with the cart and tried to look as happy as he could given the situation.

Not knowing what to do at this point, tae just put the milks in the cart and worriedly looked up at bogum.

"Well anyways, I should probably get going. Your friends look like they want to steal you away anyways" bogum said with a reassuring smile before starting to walk off.

"Thanks, Bye." Tae said then turned to jungkook and jimin who were looking back at him with suspicion.

"What were you talking to that guy for??" Jimin asked, but didn't give taehyung time to answer because jungkook spoke directly after him.

"Yeah, I don't like him. He gives me bad vibes. You should have me around next time hes around." Jungkook said, looking at the direction bogum had left with annoyance.

In truth, the biggest reason jungkook didn't like bogum was because he had dated taehyung, then broke him. As though he weren't enough.

Granted, yeah, it was just because he had found a soulmate, but still.

Jimin on the other hand, was only upset about bogum because he had never even apologized to tae for the months of heartbreak he'd caused.

Being his bestfriend, jimin was there through it all and heard his cries. Saw his state become worse as time went on until finally he was ok.

Taehyung just quietly chuckled at his friends being so protective and nodded, grabbing the cart and walking in a different direction.

"Thanks guys. I was talking to him because he said hi, I'm not rude. And ok. Except you can't necessarily promise you'll be there everytime kook." He said while looking over his list and smiling. "Also, we got everything. Ready to go? Want a ride kook?"

They both nodded and followed tae to the checkout line,helping him with the self checkout.

Once they'd made it back to the car with all their groceries, drenched from the second they stepped foot outside, tae started driving.

First he stopped by an icecream shop with a drive through and got them all icecream since jimin had wanted some prior to leaving.

"So, what're you doing tonight kook ?" Jimin asked while licking his icecream like a kitten.

"Nothing much. I'll probably just watch a movie or something to pass time..why ?" Jungkook asked, already to the bottom part of his icecream cone.

Jimin squealed happily and looked back at jungkook "Good. I dont have anything to do and I'm 80% sure taetae doesn't either." He looked back to the front and licked his icecream then continued "so you could stay with us and play a game or something ? And if you wanted, you could stay in the guest room."

A/N
They have the same sizing of house as the other members,but their house seems bigger since only two people live in it,not three. Also- at least one member of each house has a fairly wealthy family that helps them out,so jimin, jin, and hoseok. And yoongi,but hes lesser so than the others. Where as jungkook, namjoon,and tae are all just average in wealth.

"I mean, I guess I could ?" Jungkook said, balling up the paper trash from his icecreamcone and putting it in his pocket to throw away later. "What're you wanting to play ?"

"Well, I didnt think that far...but I could see if yoongles and the others could come then we could play a bigger game ?" Jimin said while trying to think of a game. Then he smirked and looked back at jungkook "How about truth or dare ?"
