Year One
five. Herbology Class

Beep. Beep. Beep.

The four girls groaned loudly, as a deafening alarm went off in the Slytherin girl's dorm. Magnolia rubbed her eyes, and opened them to see Daphne who's hair was a mess, Pansy who covered her ears with a pillow, and Millicent who was picking up her cat.

Magnolia got her uniform out of her bag, she had a skirt, a white polo shirt, a tie, and a robe which had her house colour on it. She walked into her changing room and got ready. She styled her hair, and as she was walking out Pansy, Millicent, and Daphne were just walking in to change.

"Wait for us." Daphne tells Magnolia as Magnolia left the changing room. Magnolia heads over to her crabs, and changed their water and gave them their food.

The three girls come out wearing almost exactly the same thing Magnolia is wearing. The four girls head down to the common room where Magnolia spotted her brother, Claudius talking with a few other boys.

"You girls go on, I'll meet you down there." Magnolia tells them, and they nod before heading out the door. Magnolia makes her way over to Claudius.

"Hello Claudius." Magnolia said as she approached her brother, Claudius was talking to two boys. She knew one of them, Graham Montague. He's been Claudius's friend since they started Hogwarts.

"Hello Maggie, you already know Montague, but this is Adrian Pucey." Magnolia made eye contact with the brown hair boy who had his hair parted in the middle. Magnolia heard Claudius talk about Adrian a couple of times over the summer, as for Graham he likes to be call by his last name, even to his friends.

"You better get going, breakfast will be over soon, and you need to get your schedule." Claudius advised his sister who nods quickly before almost running out of the common rooms. It only took Magnolia five minutes to get to the Great Hall.

She noticed Lucille who was over with a blonde girl who she was guessing was Hannah Abbott. Lucille noticed her and waved which caused Magnolia to wave back.

She headed over to the breakfast table where the boys were already there, as she sat down Daphne handed Magnolia her schedule which was on a parchment paper.

"Well all got Herbology first with Gryffindor, and some Hufflepuffs, three times in a week." Theodore announced as he sat on the other side of Magnolia. Magnolia greeted Theodore who greeted her back. Magnolia wondered if Lucille had Herbology with her, she hoped. It will help her get to know the group better.

"What does it mean by Astrology, Wednesday 12am?" Daphne questioned as she looked at the parchment, Magnolia looked at hers which said the same thing.

"We have Astrology at midnight every Wednesday," Blaise answers for her slowly.
"What about that do you not get Daphne?"

"WE HAVE IT AT MIDNIGHT!?" Daphne wailed as she put her head down on the table. Magnolia was guessing Daphne isn't a night owl. Some of the group chuckled at Daphne's distress while Pansy stroke Daphne's back.

"What do you have today?" Hannah asked Lucille, Lucille realized today was Monday, so she looked on the parchment. She had Herbology, and Tranfiguration.

"Herbology and Transfiguration, you?"

"Herbology and Potions." Hannah answers with a slight frown, well at least they had Herbology together today. Lucille wondered what classes Magnolia had.
