Year One
two. Platform 9 3/4

The day had finally came, Magnolia was going to Hogwarts with her two older brothers, and her cousin. She was hoping to get sorted into Slytherin with her brothers. Magnolia had packed a lot of her colder clothes, because Hogwarts was in upper Scotland. She was also dreading when the train ride from London-Hogwarts. Her brothers always have told her that it takes forever.

"You've got all of your belongings!" Persephone shouted at the three of her children who were scattered all about the mansion. Franklin was trying to pack all of his sweaters, and Claudius couldn't find his Hogsmeade permission slip, but Magnolia was ready, she had been ready since last week after. Diagon Alley.

"You excited to go to school?" Persephone Malvorseve asked her daughter who stood right next to her. Persephone made sure to keep her eye on her sons who were frantically running all over the mansion.

"Yeah, a little nervous I won't get sorted into Slytherin." Magnolia confides into her mother. Persephone gets a good look at her daughter before she says what she thinks.

"I think you'll get Slytherin, even if you don't we won't disown you, well maybe." She laughed at disown which caused Magnolia to roll her eyes playfully at her mother's humor.

"Thanks mum." Magnolia sarcastically said, just then Franklin came down the stairs with his luggage, and Claudius frantically comes down to mom basically begging her to owl McGonagall.

"Fine, I'll owl Snape." She agrees as she looks at the watch realizes if we left five minutes from now we'd miss the train. The Malvorseve family quickly made their way towards the fireplace with their trolleys that held their luggage.

Soon they were at King's Cross Station. Persephone was frantically rushing her children. Once they reached the brick wall Franklin was the first to run through. Magnolia was a little nervous, what if she ran into the brick wall and she breaks her nose.
She was too busy daydreaming to realize that Claudius has already went through, and it was finally her turn.

"Want me to go with you?" Persephone asked her daughter who was clearly nervous. Magnolia thought, but then she nodded. Persephone's cold hand grabbed Magnolia's warm and small one as the two of them ran through the brick wall.

Magnolia's vision was meet with a red train, families everywhere, her nose was filled with the smell of coal and leather. Magnolia was nervously excited, she pushed her trolley to the area where they load the luggage on that.

"Goodbye mummy." Magnolia went in to hug her mother who hugged her even tighter. Persephone Malvorseve was sad to see her last child go to Hogwarts, but also to be alone. Her husband was hardly ever home, so that meant she had to be alone.

"Goodbye my sweet Magnolia, please owl me." She said with tears welling in her eyes, Magnolia nodded before she boarded the train. There were kids everywhere, and she was trying to find someone familiar like Daphne or Lucille from Diagon Alley.

She soon found the blonde girl sitting by herself in a cart, Magnolia sat across from her, and once Lucille realized who she was she smiled widely.

"Hello Lucy." Magnolia said to the girl who was happy to have someone to sit by. She noticed Lucille fumbling with her wand, her wand was a darker color than hers and had a ball design.

"Nice wand, wanna see mine?" Magnolia pulled out her wand from her travel bag she had, Lucille eyes lit up at the wand design. Magnolia would agree that her wand was magnificent.

"It's so beautiful!" Lucille examined the wand, Magnolia agreed and put her wand back into her travel bag.

"So what house are you in?" Lucille asked Magnolia, Magnolia raised an eyebrow at her, but then realized Lucille thought she was older.
