•Chapter 2

"Oh shit, i'm so sorry" I said, bending down to help the boy pick his stuff up while Serena and Blair began to laugh at me.

I glanced up and them and flipped them off which caused them to laugh even more.

I returned my gaze to the brown haired boy in front of me. "Im sorry I really didn't mean to-"

"No, no, it's okay don't worry about it." He said as he looked up to see me, he pushed his Golden-brown hair out of his perfectly structured face.

His eyes stared deep into mine and I soon found mine to be unable to look away.

"I'm Cedric, Cedric Diggory." He shook his head, shaking himself out of whatever had just happened.

He held his hand for me to shake.

"I'm Y/n Malfoy." I shook his hand back.

He looked a little bit nervous when he heard my last name but before I could say anything his friend started waving at him to come back.

"Nice to meet you Y/n, I have to go but i'll see you on the train tomorrow."

"Yeah see you then..." I said gently before Serena and Blair pulled me away.

"Y/n! He's so cute!" Serena said practically screaming.

"Serena shut up, he can hear you!" I said whisper screaming back at her.

Cedric's POV

"Cedric come on let's go get our robes!" Luke screamed.

"Luke just because your my best friend that doesn't mean you get to scream at me all the time." I said sarcastically.

Me, Luke and a couple other guys walked into the store so we could get our robes.

"What house do you think I'll be in?" Luke held up the emerald green Slytherin robe.

"Well I can guarantee you-" I took the robe out of his grasp "it is not going to be that one."

After awhile we both bought our robes and started walking back to the door. As I was trying to catch up with Luke I ran into a girl and dropped my bags.

"Oh shit, i'm so sorry" She said.

She bent down to help me pick up my stuff that had fallen. I heard her friends laughing, I looked up to see the girl flipping them off.

"Im sorry I really didn't mean to." Her voice dropped.

"No, no, it's okay, don't worry about it." I looked up to her and smiled to try and comfort her.

She had Y/h/l Y/h/c hair and sparkling Y/e/c eyes.

Our eyes automatically connected. I felt as if I could not look away as if I was stuck in the moment, not that I didn't want to be.

My mind soon flickered to the thoughts of my own life, friends, and girl friend.

I shook my head to release myself from the need to look into her eyes. "I'm Cedric, Cedric Diggory." I held my hand out for her to shake.

"Im Y/n Malfoy." She gently responded.

Holy shit, I'm talking to a Malfoy. Why is she this nice? Before I could find the answer to that question I saw Luke waving me down from the front of the store.

"Nice to meet you Y/n, I have to go but hopefully I see you on the train tomorrow."

"Yeah see you then..." she said.

I smiled at her and walked out of the shop.

"Cedric! Over here! I found Ava!" Luke screamed.

"Cedric!" Ava said as she ran straight over to me and kissed me on the cheek.

"Hey." I slowly responded, still trying to wrap my mind around what just happened.

"We're all planning on going out to have dinner, do you want to come with?" Luke asked me.

"Nah i'm good, I gotta get home so I can finish packing."

"Oh alright, well, I'll just meet you at the train station tomorrow then."

"Yep, see you then." I answered as enthusiastic as I could.

Y/n's POV

We walked out of the store with our bags in our hands and headed over to ollivanders to meet up with the boys.

"So Y/n, what are you gonna do about that kid we met?" Serena asked

"What do you mean?"

"Well there were obviously sparks between you two, and he was really cute."

"One, there were no "sparks" two, even if he was cute he is probably not interested in me."

"Well how do you-"

I interrupted her, "Ooo I forgot one, my parents would kill me if I dated someone who wasn't a "family friend."

"Who said they have to know?" Blair laughed as we walked up to olivanders

"Y/n, its about time we have been waiting here forever" Draco said.

"Draco we were only five minutes late." I rolled my eyes at him "Anyways not matter how much I don't want to, we should go home now, we gotta be there in a few minutes and I do not want the parents to be angry."

"Same thing here." Serena added on.

Blair and Chris stayed a little longer than us since they didn't have an assigned town to arrive at home.

Serena, Eric, Draco and I made our way back to the Tropez residence.

We walked up to the front door and I saw Serena look at it dreadfully.

"Don't worry, only one more day and then we'll be free to do nearly whatever we want." I whispered in Serena's ear.

"One more day..." she breathed out.

I gave her a quick hug before her and Eric walked inside.

Draco and I rushed back to the house as fast as we possibly could. We ended up getting there at 5:30 on the dot.

Draco quietly opened up the door into the dark house. It seemed as if no one was home or everyone just happened to be asleep at 5:30.

"Parents arnt home, wanna come play a board game in my room?" Draco suggested as we both walked up the steps.

"I would love to Draco but we have a very busy day tomorrow."

"Awe, alright. See you tomorrow then." He walked to the left towards his room and I walked to the right towards mine.

I shut the door behind me and let out a sigh.

I changed out of my clothes and put on pajamas. I shut off the lights and jumped onto my bed and just stared up at the ceiling recapping everything that happened today.

My mind immediately drifted to Cedric. I felt stupid, going crazy over this boy who I talked to for not even two minutes, but I felt something during the less than two minute conversation.

The question is, is did he too?
