Chapter 1: The Meeting

Reeva Payge's POV:
I own none of the characters; they all belong to Fox.
I needed a way to get into a Sentinel Services (S:S) building to steal files on individuals in the captivity of S:S. She called a meeting to see if anyone had ideas. First came the Frost triplets, my guinea pigs as I like to call them, although Esme is more hesitant when she's given instructions than her sisters, Sophie and Phoebe. They are very compliant. The two youngest, Andy Strucker and Rebecca Hoover, are our newer members; the two are naive. While Rebecca will kill whenever she's told or when she wants to, Andy is more hesitant, but, when it comes to other people's safety, he will kill if absolutly necessary. Lorna Dane came in with her newborn baby, Dawn, asleep in her arms, soon being followed by the newest members Tico, Max, and Heather.
Andy's POV:
"Whats up?" It had been silent for a few minutes and it was getting akward. "We are conducting a covert operation to steal files to find a way to free mutants in Sentinel Service's captivity." Everyone was silent for a bit most likely thinking of a way to get in. "I could twist in, or Andy..." I perk up hearing my name, "... could make a hole in the wall." Lorna spoke up quickly after she finished, " That could bring the whole bulding down." It was silent for a bit, and I was about to say something when Phoebe and Sophie spoke up in unison, "What about Clarice Fong?" Everyone besides the triplets, me, and Lorna had confused faces.
Lorna's POV:
I can't believe what I was hearing. Esme looks at me, both of us spying for the underground, with fear in her eyes. I could tell Reeva was intrested and called off the meeting and told the triplets to follow her, most likely to learn more about Clarice. I nod at Esme to tell her to follow them and tell me what happened afterwards. Coincidentally, Dawn wakes up and starts crying, which gives me a reason to leave the room. I set her in her crib after I fed her and used my abilities to rock the crib while simultaneously opening the vent in my room and making the burner phone in the vent come to me. I dialed Marcos' number and let it ring. "Hello?" I internanly sigh of relief to hear my boyfriend's voice, " We have a situation." I can hear him tense up, "What is it?" Nobody else was listening, "They want Clarice, Marcos."
Marcos' POV:
"They want Clarice, Marcos." My breath hitches as I look up at John who is wide-eyed and immediatly tunes in completely, which is when I decide to put the phone on speaker. John spoke, "Why Clarice?" Lorna replied obviously annoyed about John listening in, "Reeva wants to break into a Sentinel Services and steal files on mutants in S:S captivity. She needs a way in that doesn't risk the buidling coming down while we are inside, so Sophie and Phoebe suggested Clarice. Reeva never knew of her and took the triplets to a seperate room most likely for them to tell her about Clarice." I could tell John was mad to say the least. I hear the door open on Lorna's end and Esme could be heard in the backround, "Reeva is going to find and either bring her here willingly or forcefully." John heads for the door to go to the Morlock's hideout and warn her.
Reeva's POV:
I had a meeting with Benedict Ryan, a Purifiers sponser, "I have a place for your Purifiers." He looked at me skeptically as I handed directions to the Morlock's hideout, where Ms. Fong risided. "Anything particular you want from there? If I know you well enough you wouldn't give me a location without wanting something from there." I chuckle, "I'm looking for a mutant named Clarice Fong, or Blink as she's now called." I hand him a photo of her. "I know her! One of my members is a ex- Sentinel Services agent and this was one of the mutants he was pursuing. Next question, dead or alive?" I smirk, " Alive. If you need I'll send my telepaths unless you have another way." He turns around to leave, "We have our ways." I enter my car and smile. "Now we wait."

Hi! So this is my first story.. I have been on a "The Gifted" kick lately so this popped in my head and noticed there were really no stories on Clarice and I love her character and think Reeva would take interest in her powers. The show is on Hulu I believe, last time I checked it was on Hulu, and a lot of this would make more sense if you've seen it. Tell me what you think and next chapter I might do a quick run down on powers and show pictures of what they look like.
