Chapter 7

"Wow. You really love this girl." I said.

I was shocked.

Most guys would be like, if that girl I'm crushing on doesn't like me back I'll move on to another girl who will.

But Austin seemed really serious with this girl.

"Well..all I can tell you is if you guys are meant to be, you would be." I smiled." Come on, let's get on with the studying."

Okay. So you put this through the small hoop made by the ribbon and there you have it.

Finally I was done making the chocolate.

I wonder what Jake's gonna say.

I laughed at the thought.

Erm..I have some leftover chocolate. Okay I'll give some to Sam, Mom and Henry.

Henry huh? Most likely he'll put it one side and he'll forget about it.

So Henry is a no no.

I'll give Austin then. Since he has bad luck with the girl he likes, I think some chocolate will cheer him up.

Well chocolate makes people happy.

I rubbed my eyes as it got heavier and heavier. 

I better go off to sleep now. It's late already.

I held the chocolates in my hand as I approached Jake.

"Surprise darling!" I kissed him on the cheek.

"Hey beautiful." He brought me closer to him and kissed my forehead.

"So..this is for you! " I smiled. I held out the nicely wrapped chocolates.

"Wow." Jake blushed as he broke into a smile.

"Like it?" I asked.

"I love it." He smiled as he held my waist.

"Great!" I hugged him.

"By the way, basketball club will be going on a trip." Jake said.

"And?"

"We'll be out of town for a few days. It's during summer." Jake continued.

"Oh I see. So the whole team will be going?" I asked.

"Yeah. And the cheerleaders will be coming along."

"What? Cheerleaders? Jake.." I said." You guys are going with a bunch of cheerleaders? My boyfriend's going on a trip with cheerleaders?"

"Yes. And when he's there, you're gonna be all he thinks about." He assured me.

"Really?" I looked up to him.

"Really." He smiled.

And I trusted him.

"Jayne!" Samantha called out.

"Hey Sam. This are for you!" I handed her the chocolates.

"Gee thanks girl." Samantha hugged me.

"Hey Sam. Jake will be going on a trip with the basketball team during summer." I said.

"What's wrong with that?" She asked.

"They'll be going with the cheerleaders."

"Cheerleaders? Cheerleaders?  Wait.. Clare's a cheerleader! Jayne! Stop him for going." Samantha shrieked.
