Chapter 22
The medical mission wasn't easy. Ang mga tao ay nahihiya at naiilang sa kanila dahil sa magagarang suot na uniporme ng mga nurse at doktor, pati na rin ang mga kapwa nya istudyante at volunteer ay hindi maiwasan mapansin ang mga nagkikinangang suot na hikaw, relo at bracelet.
"Next!" tawag ni Jezkiel sa susunod na pasyente.
Lumapit agad si LA sa babae na may kasamang matanda at inalalayan ang mga ito palapit kay Jezkiel.
"Take a rest LA." tinignan nito ang oras tsaka muling bumaling sa kanya. "It's lunchtime, why don't you eat first. Nurse Rio can handle them."
"Ah okay lang naman ako. Mamaya na siguro, salamat sa concern." sabi nalang nya at bahagyang yumuko dito bilang respeto.
Lumabas sya ng tent at kumuha ng tubig. She's already hungry pero hindi nya alam ang gustong kainin.
