I see that you are travelling with some other adventurers. I'm not sure if I can trust them yet, but sharing these letters is up to you. They might be an aid and in the end, only the results matter.
Your task is to retrieve the goods of a stolen wagon, outside the city. Deliver the goods to Lacy, in the library. If you see any Black Dragon Guards, try to eavesdrop on their conversations, As I must manage my Organization.
If you are caught by the "Mayor", gain back his trust to avoid suspicion. Don't hesitate to do whatever it takes.
