We had already finished eating the stew and we were sitting in the sofa. Virgil was in the right side of the sofa, sitting on the armrest, trying to avoid being touched, while I was sitting in the middle of the sofa, Patton at my left. We had decided not to invite Logan after all, considering everything that had happened recently.

"So... Wanna watch a movie or something?" I asked, starving for a conversation.

"Whatever," Virgil answered. I looked at Patton, and I noticed a concerned expression in his face while looking at his roommate.

"Yes, why not? It'll be a nice distraction..." Patton grabbed the remote and put the tv on. He flipped through the channels without finding anything good.

"Don't you guys have netflix or anything?" I asked.

"No, not really... We have a video player, it's Virgil's, and if we have something recorded we can put it, but, like, apart from that..."

"Ah, ok. Let's just put a random chanel, maybe there's something cool in there," I proposed.

Patton put the remote down in the sofa again. I think we were watching a film, but if we where, we must've been already half way through or something. Virgil remained in his little corner of the couch, without moving.

About 10 minutes into the film, Patton's phone started ringing. He picked it up.

"Sorry guys, it's my parents. I'll be right back," He said, walking towards his room and closing his door behind him. I was now alone with Virge.

I waited a few minutes before saying anything, since I wasn't sure what to do in these kind of situations, "So... Virge... How are you doing?"

He didn't answer.

"Come on, Virge, are you just going to ignore me now?" I asked. All the response I got from him was groaning.

"Ok, I understand. You don't want to talk. But if you need anything just tell me, ok?" I said.

Virgil didn't react to any of this. I gave up on trying to talk with him, so I resigned to just watch the movie. But, a few seconds later, out of the blue, Virgil "rolled", as he liked to define it, from the armchair, his head now my lap. He moved a bit so he was more comfortable, but I had freezed. I surely wasn't expecting this. Apparently, what the Stormcloud needed now where cuddles. I didn't mind tho. Virgil didn't weigh too much, he was like a little cat, and I just wanted him to feel better no matter what.

Patton came back from his room about 20 or 30 minutes later.

"I'm sorry, my parents wanted to know how I was going with my classes and they wanted me to tell them everything and..." he then noticed Virgil wasn't sitting in the armrest anymore but cuddling in my lap, "Awww," He whispered.

"shhh!" I whispered back.

I wasn't sure if Virgil was asleep or not, but his breath had surely calmed down during this time, and I didn't want him to wake up. I'd even stay here, without moving for hours if it was the cost of not disturbing my Emo's sleep. I put my arm around him, and he didn't move nor argue about it. Patton sat again next to me, and we continued to watch the TV, but my attention wasn't focused in the screen anymore.

jaja, short chapter! Sorry about that, I guess, but I needed to include it here, it didn't fit in the last one, but I'm not sure what else to add to make it longer so... I hope you enjoyed it, and until the next time, take it easy, guys gals and non binary pals!
