I was sitting with Faye. She was crying and weeping incredibly.
"Faye please listen to me!" I shouted.
Faye looked at me with anger and complete sadness. I looked around. We were in the room where Faye herself was murdered. Along with Dr. Hugo.
"You did this Jordyn. You killed me. You brought me to this," Faye continued to cry, her big eyes pouring water.
I looked at her in horror. I knew that Faye was right.
"Please Faye. I didn't mean for you to be harmed. I would never want that!" I shouted back, tears burning holes in my eyes.
Suddenly Faye was gone. The room was empty except for myself. I looked around frantically, trying to find her again.
I reached for my forehead, wiping the sweat from my brow.
I felt something thick and slimy spread across my forehead.
I looked to my hands, which were slowly covering in a thick blood. I stared at my hands in terror. The blood seemed to come out of thin air. The blood was somehow spreading from my hands to my elbows and up my arms.
"You did this Jordyn," said a voice. Then everything went black.
I woke to sweaty hands and a shaking body. I was also crying. I sat up quickly. I was overly frusterated at the idea of the constant nightmares. I began anxiously wiping my hands on my blanket. I knew that there was nothing on them, but I did it anyways.
"You should tell someone about this. Maybe they can help," said a voice to my left. I jumped and quickly looked to see whom the voice belonged to.
Maximus. He was sitting on the bed closest to my left.
I continued to wipe my hands as I scooted back, with my back leaning against the wall. I sighed. "I doubt they could help."
The room around us was empty. It was only the two of us.
"Is there anyway I could help. I don't like seeing you in so much... pain," he replied, a frown forming on his face.
I looked at my watch. It was 4:22 P.M.I hadn't realized how long I had been sleeping.
"I don't know what would help at this point," I replied with bluntly. Max stood, and walked to me. He sat next to me on the bed. Without intention, I rested my head on his shoulder.
Neither one of us spoke. I was thankful for it as well. I didn't want to have to talk, I just wanted to rest with no worries.
"I'm just so... dead inside. I don't know what to do anymore," I said in a low whisper. He nudged himself closer to me.
"Right now, all you need to do is rest," Max replied with. I sighed once more, closing my eyes gently.
Incredibly, and impossibly, I drifted back into sleep.

I woke at 5:51. I was also alone and wrapped in my blanket. The grogginess was heavy over me. I sat up slowly, rubbing my tired eyes. I felt like a decaying zombie, and probably looked like one too.
I stood, making my way to the door. The atmosphere was quiet and filled with muffled sounds as well. I walked into the hallway, rubbing my hands against my pants.
I did the familiar routine of pushing my way through the busy people as I approached the eating area. I entered slowly.
I looked around the room and found Jed sitting in the back of the room. I looked for Max but he was not in the room.
I made my way to Jed, seating myself next to him.
"So. We need to talk about our escape plan. How we plan on getting out of here," Jed said.
"I agree. Let's eat while we talk. I'm starving," I replied with.
Soon enough, we had gotten our dinner trays from some of the Outsiders. We seated ourselves in the back and Max had come to join us, getting his food as well.
"Nap well enough?" Max asked.
"You could say that," I replied tiredly.
"Where'd you go?" I asked, my voice cracking a bit.
"To explore," he replied with a slight smile.
We sat together, staring at our trays of food. The trays had corn, noodles and a crisp cookie on them. There was also a thick, red liquid for the drink.
"All right, we need to plan," Jed spoke.
"Plan?" Max asked.
"Yes. Jedediah and I think that we can escape this place. I think that we can get out, forget about the whole thing. We could lay low, live in the real world," I replied. Max thought on my statement for a minute, as well as Jed.
"Sounds good. How do we do it?" Max asked. I looked to Jed to start explaining as I took a drink.
Something wasn't right.
I let out a short cough. I could feel my mind growing foggy quickly. I looked to Max, who was eating his food. I then looked to Jed who was also eating.
"Guys. Stop eating. Now," I said as powerfully as I could. I coughed again. I felt as though my throat was swelling. Everything around me started to slow down and grow blury.
I felt nauseated and groggy. My stomach began to turn. I felt pressure building in my mind. What's going on?
I heard Max cough. I stood quickly, "Everyone stop eating!" I shouted. Before I knew it, I was lying on the floor. My entire body began twitching and sweating.
"Jordyn, they drugged us," I heard someone say. I lied on the floor, staring at the ceiling. I could hear the sounds of other Conquerors fainting and passing out around me.
I looked to the door. Men dressed in all black quickly barged into the room with guns pointed at us. They shouted things that were muffled by the black masks on their faces.
"Jordyn?" was the last thing I heard before everything around me turned pitch black, leaving me in a dark haze.
