Nightmare

The darkened days dwell forever
The clouds humongous peeping from above
Promising rain and fertility....
Days go by, but never comes rain or sunshine.

It seems like a catastrophe
To all the people who fear
The quirky think the day is sleeping,
Sleeping, forever.

Ninety nine days went by
Also did lives double the number
Hopelessness and fear,
Faith and trust in others.

The hundredth day came
The sunshine came
With warmest greetings
And yellow glittering.

But the warmth grew slowly
Slowly, hurting everyone
But the pain didn't last long
At last, the girl woke up.
