The Non-verbal Spell

My whole body began to shiver.

"P-Please let me go, I promise I wo-won't tell anyone an-and I will not stay in this house!"

"Ah! Why are you crying so much? You're devoting yourself to the Dark Lord's favorite pet, it's a great achievement for a Muggle, understand ?"The man said in a scratchy voice.

"Now if you have any last wish, speak. I promise I, the dark lord, Lord Voldemort will fulfill your last wish. Tell me now, will you want to see your parents, or do you want to see loved ones for the last time?"

Leah sobbed without answering. "Speak quickly, and if you don't, die now," Voldemort ordered her rashly.

"I-I have none. I am an orphan." Leah said with hiccups."B-But why do you wa-want to kill me? I did not harm yo-you! even I don't know you!" I muttered.

"Hah! Mudblooded people like you have no right to live, moreover, you are sacrificing yourself to the greatest wizard in the world even though you are a muggle, that's a great reason for your death," he said calmly.

"No, please leave me. Please."

"Nagini, dinner! eat to your heart's content."
As soon as he ordered, the giant snake surged towards me.

"No, save me, anyone please save me." I started crying loudly, but when the snake was about to bite me, it fell off. As if some unseen force had thrown it away.

"Nagini !!" Voldemort called her with surprise.

The snake is coiled in the corner of the room.

"Who are you?"

"W-What? " I asked in a panic. This time Voldemort's patience was shattered. His eyes glowed like wild beasts. "Tell me the truth, who are you? And how did you do such powerful non-verbal magic? " He shouted.

I said in a trembling voice- " T-To be honest, I-I do-don't know anything. The s-snake was moving towards me, I don't know a-anything else."

"Lord, could it be that we have a third person with us? I mean Dumbledore." Peter murmured from his side.

"CRUCIO!" Peter kneeled. "Now such a day - I have to see? A trivial thing is questioning my skills !! Wow!
Peter, you may not remember, but there are very few skilled wizards like me remains. And Dumbledore is now busy with Potter's boy, so he won't come here for a muggle."

Peter groans in pain as if he is being beaten with 1000 lashes though I can't see anything. I can't stand it anymore. "Please, please let him go. He is suffering."

"What?"  Leah said impatiently.

"Introduce yourself. I understand that you are not an ordinary girl. Now tell me who are you?"

"I-I am Le-Leah Daves, a fourteen-year-old orphan. I live with my aunt and her s-son. Now leave him. " I requested to him.

But instead of lessening the pain, I saw that Peter's pain was increasing.
"What happened? Leave him!" I yelled at Voldemort.

"I told you before if you answer my question, he will be released," he said calmly with a dirty smirk.

"What else should I answer?" I shouted. " I told you everything! "What else do you want to know?"

"You didn't reveal the real secret. How can you do non-verbal magic?"

"I don't know. It happens when I-I'm excited, I don't know why."
Voldemort took away his wand. Peter is laying numb on the floor.

"Hmm, Interesting ." he did not look at me. He approached the snake. I still can't move at all. But I have to escape from here anyway. They are all mentally ill. But how do I escape? I can't move even my fingers. Suddenly, I heard a sound, as if a snake was hissing. I looked at the corner of the room and saw Voldemort looking at the snake and making such noises and the snake was looking at him with its head held high as if they were talking. Why all of them are psychopaths?
I tried to eavesdrop what are they saying!

But I did not understand a single word of the language. At the end of their conversation, he was about to leave.
