I searched everywhere but didn't find Maeve. Oh, God! Where is she? I can't even ask a student now. What if she left for the excursion? Yeah, maybe. But suddenly I remember our favorite hang-out spot.
The wooden balcony above the teacher's common room. Normally the place is deserted as no one goes there. I don't know why. For me, this is the best place in Ilvermorney. While sitting here you can see the mountains, the ice lake, no-maj villages that are far from the castle, and the starry sky. Our friendship started there.

One day when Flora Gobble bullied Maeve I found her there, weeping like a child. I went to the balcony to take some break from study as that time I had no friends. Then I confronted her and pranked Flora by giving her dung bombs. From then Meave becomes my best friend and my blind supporter. Some students who are jealous of me tried to break me and Maeve apart. But she doesn't give a fuck to anyone.

I know, convincing her that I am going for Auror training will be difficult because she knows it is a lame excuse. But I know what I'm going to do and I am determined. I am going to do it for her safety.

She stared at me like an inferi.

"Elly! "Rolf ran towards me and said
"What have you done? Do you know you used an unforgivable curse on a student? How much trouble we will deal with if anyone saw you? "

I can't meet Rolf's eyes. Without looking at him I said
"I know, but it is for her good. And no one saw us as this place is practically deserted. You know Maeve doesn't believe in these auror bullshits. So I have to do this."

" Oh, Merlin! Elly! "Rolf hugged me and pecked my forehead "You are a brave girl. I am so proud of you baby sister! "

But at the same time, the spell started working and Maeve came near me.
She looked at me with so much hatred in her eyes and said
"You Bitch! I thought of you as a friend. But no! You are a two-headed snake. All the time I ignored what others are saying and believe you blindly. But- but you show me your true colors. Don't ever try to bring this face in front of my eyes Celia Scamander. "
I flinched at her words and mumbled "As your wish!"

She looked at Rolf and stomped out from the balcony. There was a silence between us. Rolf didn't say anything and both of us went to the headmistress's office. Professor Hicks was waiting there when she saw us, she said "Celia is everything sorted?"
I was not able to answer her so Rolf said" Yes professor everything is fine." After that, we headed towards our home.

::11 months later::

Everything is fine except I missed Maeve so much and I am on bed rest since April. Confused, right? Let me explain.
After we reached home permanently I continued my studies from home and Rolf got an internship at the Ministry of Magic, Scottland as an associate magizoologist.
But things in Scotland got worse. He and his army captured and run Hogwarts. He is searching for Harry Potter and his friends like a maniac. But what I came to know is that Harry Potter is destroying the Horcruxes created by Voldemort. And whenever a Horcrux is destroyed he will lose his power as well as his soul. And when this happens I get convulsions and my body receive sharp pain.
Because of the bite mark, he gave me we are linked in some way. That's why the healer suggests me take bed rest. But the main thing is if Voldemort died then what will happen to me is a mystery though dad and grandpa assured me that they will find a way to solve this.

We get to know the whereabouts of Voldemort through the potterwatch and Rolf. No one there knows he is my brother except Professor McGonagall.

So now I can't do anything but hope that things will end soon.
