Chapter 45

The kiss was exhilarating, if not for a knock on Alejandro's door-they would have taken it a bit further.

Elena quickly stood up,biting her lip trying to smooth out her clothes.

Alejandro stood up and quickly kisses her on the lips and winked at her as he went to open the door, he whispered to her," Istorbo...." and gesturing as he opens the door.

It was Rowena with two glasses of juice and some sandwiches.

"Hi Senorito pasensya na ho kung nakaistorbo, pinapadala ho ni Ma'am tong snack nyo," as she handed the tray of drinks and sandwiches to him.

Alejandro smiled half-heartedly, he would have said,"Istorbo ka naman eh," but being polite and nice instead he said," Okay lang thanks, tell Mom we will be down soon..." he said.

Rowena smiled and licked her lips as if she was trying to seduce him but Alejandro quickly faced back not seeing what she has done making her smirk and disappointed.

She walked away and closed the door as she hesitatingly walked away from his room.

Alejandro smiling at Elena who was sitting on one of the chairs and put the tray down on the table.

"Here do you want something to drink?" he offered her.

Elena smiled awkwardly,sometimes she is still not used to being too comfortable around with Alejandro- especially inside a very intimate setting as this- she is afraid she can't control herself and easily give in- and she almost did, again- a whole ago, thanks God to the knock on the door.

"Ok," she said and smiled at him.

"Are you okay Elena?"Alejandro asked when he realizes that she is suddenly quiet and seem a bit uncomfortable.

"I am okay...can you show me the guest room after this snack?" she said, trying to get her to calm down and relax again.

"Sure..although I would rather have you here with me, but I understand...come let's take the drink in your room.." he said as he handed her the drink and took his,too.

The room is just beside his room, it is decent sized and has a queen sized bed. It has its own full bathroom and a flat screen tv, a dresser, a side table and nice tall windows and a door leading to a balcony which is adjacent to Alejandro's balcony.

"Here you go, this would be your bedroom..." Alejandro said to her.

He showed her where everything is and opened up the door leading to the balcony.

Elena followed him out there, the air was fresh and crisp, the view of the trees and the pool on the side of the house is beautiful- "Ang ganda ng view dito...napakatahimik...nakakawala ng stress..." Elena said as she held on to the edge of the balcony. A concrete decorated railing.

There was a dividing half wall on the balcony adjacent to Alejandro's bedroom balcony, on top of it were some crawling shrubbery which hangs down like a ladder.

"I know, I should stay here more often...do you like your room babe? I wish you're staying with me in mine though," he said the last in an almost whisper as he went behind her hugging her waist, his chin on her shoulder.

Elena felt his warmth enveloping her, she placed her hand atop his, she loves the feeling of him being this close. Although in whisper, she heard him clearly, she would love to stay with him,too- but Lord knows what would happen if she did.

Alejandro pulled Elena and turned her around to face him, "Elena..."his voice husky...as he looks down at her, eyeing her half parted lips, Elena looks at him expecting more words to come out of his mouth, but nothing else came out..instead he quickly bridged the gap between their lips and started to claim hers again.
