I'm baaaccckk!!

Yeah, I know, its been REALLY long, like, almost over a month, give or take, but my exams were on and my mom was like, "Swear on me you won't post any stories now- only after the exams" and I rolled my eyes, but I said yes, but I was smart enough to keep something crossed- that way the promise doesn't really apply. Smart right? But really, please forgive me!!!

So this is the chapter about the wedding!!! I hope its cute. Held sometime in June, in San Francisco! Jasper is 20 years old.
Have fun!!

Also, don't assume the updates will be there just coz I broke my promise (kinda), but this was already written and kept so yeah...

Butterflies sucked.

At least when they were inside the tummy, flying around drunk and bumping into the stomach walls.

Figuratively.

Piper tried to calm herself down, and she was failing miserably.

Its just a wedding. I'm just getting married to someone I've been madly in love with since I was 15, and I can handle this. Nothing different in anything, right? A part of her thought.

Then the panicking part of her thought, But its MARRIAGE. People change after marrying! There's jobs, kids, and-

Woah, woah, woah, KIDS? Are you crazy? So soon! I'm not even out of college yet! The rational part argued back.

"Shut up, me." Piper said, knowing it would only cause a massive headache to her.

"What?" Annabeth asked, who had been braiding Piper's hair. Apparently, according to Annabeth, the bride shouldn't do anything herself. Otherwise, Piper was pretty sure she could have braided it herself hours ago AND gotten ready in a jiffy. But Annabeth insisted, and she'd actually got a braiding styles book- and struggling with it. Poor her.

"Nothing, me trying to calm myself down."

"Relax, Piper, you'll be awesome."

"Yeah, if only you would hurry up!"

"This braiding thing is HARD! How do you even manage it?" Annabeth complained.

"Because I am just awesome. Please Annabeth, at this rate we'll only reach the wedding by tomorrow! Let me do it!"

Annabeth pouted but conceded. Piper sighed with relief and made a perfect French braid in 5 minutes, while Annabeth just gaped, stunned at her speed.

"You're just awesome." She said.

Piper smiled faintly. "Thank you."

The wedding jitterbug still going strong, Piper quickly did her own makeup (even if she hated it) and then slipped into the simple white gown, nothing frilly or poofy or anything like that, and a simple veil. Then came the daunting task of slipping into the 6 inch white stiletto heels that at first had seemed torture to her, but being the daughter of Aphrodite, it seemed natural after two tries. Which didn't mean she loved them more. Hiking boots were for life.

When she was dressed and made up, Annabeth handed her a bouquet of white pink carnations. Piper assessed herself in the mirror.

"You'll be the prettiest girl in the room, today." Annabeth said, standing behind her.

Piper smiled. "Excluding Aphrodite, of course."

"Hmm, no, not if I've threatened her to look anything but, well, ugly. Although I'm sorry to say, Aphrodite pulls of ugly really well, too." Annabeth sighed.
