Hi...sorry for the lack of updates recently, I have really bad writers block for this story right now. I wanted to give you something, so here's a very short Xiaojun chapter.

A small yelp echoed through the room when Xiaojun opened the door and saw Yangyang sitting on his bed waiting for him. The younger wordlessly looked up from his phone before setting it down.

"I didn't know you were going to be here..." Xiaojun said quietly as he peeled his jacket off. There was a twinge of guilt rising in his stomach for reasons he didn't want to admit.

"You don't remember? We were going to have a movie night...but I'm guessing you had plans with Hendery again?" There was a passive aggressive edge to the boys voice which honestly terrified Xiaojun. "I know I haven't known you as long as Hendery has, but I at least thought I was important enough to follow through with plans."

Xiaojun wanted to curl up into a ball and cry from the utterly hurt look he was receiving from the other. "Yangyang—you are important to me! I'm...I'm sorry."

A small sigh fell from his lips, "Xiao, you're always sorry. I'm starting to think that maybe this friendship is a lot more one sided than I thought. Every time I want to do something—you ditch me for the boy that cheated on you. How is that supposed to make me feel?"

Feeling the anxiety rising up in him, Xiaojun frantically searched every inch of his mind for the right words. "T—That's not true..." He whimpered. A pathetic response really, but he didn't know how to fix this.

"That's all you have to say?" Yangyang finally snapped, he had been walking on eggshells for the sake of Xiaojun's emotions, but he just couldn't hold it in any longer. "Y'know, you weren't the only one that was hurt after what happened. I found out the boy I'd been seeing months had a boyfriend...of course I was hurt. But I pushed that all aside because you needed somebody more than me. If all you needed was somebody to help you through your trauma, then you should've said something about that a few months ago. Xiaojun, I'm done with this. I'm not going to stay and act like we have a perfect friendship and everything normal."

Completely panicking, Xiaojun reached out and grabbed the boys wrist before he could made it to the door. "I...I don't know what's more confusing to me. The fact that I'm borderline in love with the boy my boyfriend cheated on me with...or the fact I was willing to throw that all away for the boy that used me and broke my heart."

"Xiao, what are you saying? Don't say stupid shit just to keep me from leav—"

"Do you think I want to have feelings for you!? Are you insane?" The elder yelled as he let Yangyang's hand fall out of his. He let out all of the air in his lungs, "You've called us friends about ten times just in the past five minutes—you obviously want it to stay that way...so yes, I'm going to do anything I can to make me forget about how I feel for even just an hour. I physically can't spend anymore time with you without completely losing my mind! If I want use Hendery for meaningless sex just to forget about how I'm in love with somebody who wants nothing to do with me in that way then I'm going to!" At this point, Xiaojun didnt even know he was crying. He was spewing whatever came to his mind with no filter. "If you're so set on leaving me—then just get it over with, okay!? And—"

"Jesus Christ, Xiaojun, will you shut up?" Yangyang asked quite harshly, placing a hand over the blabbering boy's mouth. "If you would ever give me a chance to speak, you would know that I have feelings for you."

His eyes widened before he shook his head, "You're lying to me. Just because I said I like you now you think you have to say you do."

There was no trace of rational thinking left in Yangyang as he leaned forward and smashed his lips onto the others. "Why is it so unbelievable that I like you?" He asked when he pulled away from the stunned boy.

"I...I" his cheeks turned pink as he stumbled over his worlds, unable to voice his thoughts. "I don't know."

A small smile formed on the younger's lips, "Well I do. I like you, Xiaojun."
