"Ow—frickty fuck!" Lucas yelled as he stabbed him self with a sewing needle for the umpteenth time. His eyebrows knit together in frustration because he couldn't get the stitch right.
"Whatcha yelling about?" Hendery asked from where he was laying on his bed.
There were a couple seconds of silence while the elder finished what he was doing before looking up. "I'm trying to embroider this for Jungwoo," he said, holding up a piece of clothing for his roommate to see.
The boy scoffed, "Embroidering? What are you, an old lady?"
"I'd rather be an old lady than a slut." Lucas muttered as he started the next section.
A frown formed on Hendery's face, "Why do you have to keep bringing that up?"
"Hendery, I understand that I'm your friend, but I'm not going to pretend like you didn't break such a sweet boy's heart for absolutely no reason."
"I just wasn't feeling it between us anymor—"
"So the best way to solve that was to cheat on him? You just skipped over normal conversations!?" Lucas asked, raising his voice slightly.
He flinched at the tone. "I...I don't know. I just wanted to see if something could've happened between me and this other boy...but then it turned into a little more than that."
"I'm going to be honest with you, you're acting like a child. You've been expecting me to feel bad for you this whole time, but nothing can justify why you did that to Xiaojun—and that poor boy that probably had no idea you were dating somebody," Lucas continued as he did a simple knot to keep the stitch from pulling out. Right now, he felt like a disappointed parent who didn't raise his child right. To him, cheating was one of the worst things you could do in a relationship. It makes the other person feel like they we're never good enough.
"Uhm...anyway...are you and Jungwoo dating yet? You guys seemed different the last time I saw you together."
A small sigh came out of the elder, "Well honestly, I'm not sure. We went on a date...but we never really clarified if we were dating?"

Xiaojun
The past week had been rough for Xiaojun. He was barely able to last five minutes without crying for the first couple of days. The whole situation disturbed him in so many different ways.
He thought Hendery was the one, the boy he was going to spend the rest of his life with. The thing that disgusted him the most wasn't the fact that his boyfriend cheated. His mind keep playing the memory of their first time over and over again.
Xiaojun was terrified because things were heating up and he was still a virgin. The two had only been dating for about two months, so he didn't know if he was ready for that big of a step.
He told his boyfriend how he was feeling before they went any further.
"Baby, you can trust me. I'm not going to leave you, I promise. I'll never leave you."
Xiaojun was disgusted with himself for taking so long to realize that his boyfriend was manipulating him the whole time. He wondered down many other boys he had told those same exact words to while they were dating. Every time he didn't want to do something, Hendery knew the perfect thing to say to make everything seem fine.
He let out an exasperated sigh from his spot on a park bench. This was the first time he'd left his dorm since the breakup. He couldn't seem to focus on anything other than his ex boyfriend for more than two seconds.
The bench was facing a small pond, where some ducks were swimming in circles. There were leaves littering the ground, and a slight breeze that caused a few more to fall from time to time.
"Uhm...are you Xiaojun?"
He looked up and saw an unfamiliar boy standing in front of him. His eyebrows knit together, "Yes?"
"I'm YangYang—I went to your dorm to see if you were there, but your roommate told me you were here and I—and I'm rambling now..." the boy scolded himself as he sat down next to Xiaojun. "I was trying to figure out how I could do this without It being horribly awkward, but I don't really think that's possible."
"What's going to be horribly awkward?" Xiaojun questioned, giving the boy a confused look.
A small sigh fell from his lips, "I guess I'll just jump right into it...Ten told me about what was going on with Hendery—I had absolutely no idea he had a boyfriend and I'm so so sorry this happened. I had no intention of hurting anybody I really feel so terrible."
Those words only confused Xiaojun even more...how did this boy know about him and Hendery. "I'm not quite sure what you're talking about—oh my god you're the boy he cheated with! I'm such an idiot!" He hid head in his hands, trying to hide from YangYang.
"You're not an idiot. I'm the idiot for not realizing what was going on," YangYang said, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder.
Xiaojun shook his head, "No don't a—apologize you were probably hurt by e—everything that happened too." Keeping his head hidden, Xiaojun hoped YangYang wouldn't notice the tears running down his cheeks.
"Don't cry! Please don't cry!" YangYang said in a frantic tone when he did exactly what the other hoped he wouldn't. "I didn't mean to upset you..."
Finally raising his head, Xiaojun gave the younger boy a small smile. "It's not your fault. I really appreciate you coming here—it's just that things are still fresh y'know...we were together for so long."
"If you're okay with it, can I buy you a coffee? It's cold and you're upset—I feel like I should do something. Maybe this was meant to be because Hendery's a douche and we can be friends."
"I'd like that. Thank you."
