ok this was a request but they didn't want me to put their @ so i hope you enjoy!

We walked right up to a huge bridge with train tracks that contained downwards. Water was about 100 feet below us and it made me quite nervous.

"Do any of you guys know when the next train was due?" Vern asked cautiously. I shook my head at him and so did the other boys.

"We could go down to the route 136 bridge?" Chris suggested. Teddy looked annoyed.

"No way! You walk five miles down the river you gotta walk five miles back. That could take until dark." He said with a whiny voice. I rolled my eyes at him, "we go across here and we could get to the same place in ten minutes."

"Yeah, but if a train comes there's nowhere's to go." Vern said with a squeaky voice. I nodded in agreement.

"Hell there is....you just jump!" Teddy emphasized with a smile.

"Teddy it's 100 feet." I crossed my arms. He rolled his eyes at me and then looked to the boys who agreed.

"Look you guys can go around if you want to. I'm crossing here with Y/N, and while you guys are hauling your candy asses halfway up the state and back we'll be on the other side relaxing with our thoughts." Teddy said locking an arm around my neck protectively.

"Does Y/N use her left hand or her right hand for that?" Gordie asked earning a laugh from everyone except me and Teddy. I felt so embarrassed.

"Yeah who said I was crossing?!" I changed the subject obviously scared of the idea.

"Come on." Teddy grabbed my hand and lead to me to train tracks. The boys decided to just come with us. I looked at my steps carefully, and my hands became sweaty.

"Would you calm down Y/N, well be fine. There's no train in sight." Teddy said releasing my hand and putting his arm around my shoulders.

Teddy jinxed it. Bad.

"TRRRAAAIIIINNN!" Gordie yelled loudly. My heart dropped out of my stomach and I looked behind at the train.

"Teddy!" I latched onto him. We started running, as fast as we could away from the train. I didn't even know what I was doing I was scared to death.

"Ow!" I yelled as I tripped and fell. My knee was scratched and bleeding.

"Y/N!" Teddy called picking me up like a baby and running to the other side. Tears filled my eyes and I covered my face.

"It's over." Teddy said removing my hands and looking at me knee. It was gnarly.

"Are you ok?" Teddy asked tucking a piece of hair behind me ear. I nodded softly and smiled. Chris rushed to the other side where Gordie and Vern had fallen off the tracks.
