Percy's POV
I'm so stupid.

"ARG!" I scream out loud.
"Percy? Are you alright?"
I freeze at the sound of my mom's voice. "No." I mumble quietly.
She opens the door and peeks in. "What's wrong?"
I sigh and explain to her what happened. "Percy, Jason is probably right. Annabeth might be feeling confused. I mean she confirmed that she likes you. But just because she likes you doesn't mean kissing her was right." I nod slowly. "Just give her time and space."
DIIING DOONG
"I'll get the door." My mom says then smiles at me.
I smile back.
As soon as I hear her foot steps retreat I groan and flop down on my bed.
"Geez no need to be so dramatic Perce."
I look at the door and see...REYNA!
What is she doing here???
"Umm hey!"
"Jason told me what happened. I left as soon as I could—"
"For me? Aww you're so sweet."
"Not for you, you dork. I left cause Jason kept on rambling on and on about some girl named Piper." When Reyna said Piper's name and darkness took over her already dark eyes.
I roll my eyes. "Geez you don't need to go hurting me feelings." I say sarcastically while putting a hand over my heart.
"Okay fine Persassy. I CAN'T BELIVE YOU KISSED HER!!! Wrong move buddy."
I flop down dramatically again. "I know I know. I messed up. I don't know what to do. My mom said to give her time but...I DONT WANNA!!!"
"Percy—"
"Who wants cookies?" My mom said and came into the room.
Reyna and I look at each other a laugh. "Sure." We both say.
Once all the cookies are gone Reyna continues, "Percy, your mom is right. You need to to give Annabeth some time to process everything. You can still stand up for her and everything but...Give her time."
I nod glumly.
"And Percy." She says softly.
"Hm."
"SNAP OUT OF IT!!!" I jump when she shouts.
I nod quickly.
She waves and leaves.
I sigh and flop down again.
How long do I have to wait now?

Oh! I made a mistake on adding Thalia into the story earlier. Just act like she was never there. Or you can go back and reread it I took her out of the story. Okay?
