"Anong ginagawa niyo dyan?" Ice glanced back at us. He raised an eyebrow when he saw Zeth holding my arm.
"U-Uh, I'm fine. Thank you." kumalas ako sa hawak niya at inayos ang buhok ko. That car scared me! Buti nalang may mga kasabay ako.
I walked so fast that I caught up with Ice. Walking next to him and he's just so chill.
"Saan tayo pupunta?" I asked.
"Naghihintay si Tino. Wherever he is." he answered.
"Ah.. I see." I nodded, feeling awkward. "Hey um, about the thesis, I'm going to pass it tomorrow. Are you going to change anything?" I asked again.
"No. Ipasa mo na. Tinatamad na akong dagdagan." he casually answered with a cold tone.
I can't ask about anything else! How to not make this awkward? I looked up at the sky like I'm looking for something.
"Do you know why the sky is blue-"
He pulled me when a car was at full speed and I was about to cross. What's with me and cars?! Lord kung gusto mo na akong kunin 'wag po muna ngayon. My heart started beating fast.
"Stop looking at the sky and focus on the road. Tumatawid pa tayo dito. Baka gusto mong mamatay ka ng maaga?"
"Edi sorry po. Sorry na ha? Knock on wood or something at least." I let go of his hold.
Kumunot ang noo niya dahil sa ginawa ko. He put his hands back in his pockets and looked straight.
"Pero kapag si Zeth nakahawak.." he whispered.
"What?" I looked at him.
"Anong what? Tawid!" he commanded.
Nauna siya sa akin na tumawid. I just followed him and Birch and Zeth did the same to me. We were walking for like five more minutes until we saw Valentino sitting on a bench. He's wearing a white polo so he stood out from the other people. He looks so flirtatious. Bagay sa kanya pangalan niya. It kind of sounds romantic. He waved at Ice who didn't wave back but he just walked straight to him.
"Hey," He placed an arm around Tino.
"What's up, Travee!" he hugged Ice.
Travee? Another nickname? Sounds cute. Pero mas bagay Ice sa kanya dahil sa ugali! Maybe if he was sweeter then the name Travee would sound cute on him.
"Tigilan mo nga yung Travee na 'yan." he whispered to Tino but I could still hear it a little.
Tino looked at me and nodded as if he knows why Ice whispered to him that.
